This place is ridiculous. I placed my orders the lady read it back correctly and they still messed up my order. I called to tell her about it and she didn’t help at all. I wish I didn’t pay cash cause I want my money back. I use to eat here all the time not anymore. As many complaints they get someone needs to do something about this situation it’s just ridiculous.

Have been patronizing the establishment for the past 2 years. Order the same item every time. I stated specifically what I wanted on my item. Cashier read it back to me and STILL my order was wrong. The last 2 times I visited, my order was incorrect. Manager would not correct the situation. Just lost a 2year customer over $13.

Usually I get great meals here but on this visit the staff was rude and unfriendly. And my meal didn’t have the ingredients that are usually inside of the dinner. I received less variety and missed key ingredients. The proportions were good but the meal was missing my favorite ingredients. I won’t be going back there any time soon.

Worst service I’ve experienced at this establishment was just the other day. After ordering a few tacos I asked for some limes. Limes go with tacos like ketchup goes with fries. He told me yes, its 35 cents. They never charged me before but whatever, I didn’t mention that but I did say all i have is a ten. His response, ” thats not my problem”. Not sure why he responded is such a rude way but I guarantee I won’t be back and until he is gone, I would advise going up the street for tacos.. btw. The fries are always undercooked.

First time here, and definitely my last. Tacos are salty and dry. Burritos the same. All steak, and it’s dry and hard. They didn’t give me my whole order. I had to go back for the rest. Smh. PS toppings aren’t even uniformly used. Some have very little, and some enough.
