I ordered the 3 beef birria tacos for $12 from Jessica’s truck, which are very tasty. The tender, flavorful shredded beef is perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The birria sauce adds a rich depth of flavor that complements the meat beautifully. Each bite is a burst of savory goodness, and the tortillas are soft and just the right size. These tacos are a must-try for anyone craving a mouthwatering, authentic Mexican street food experience. There is plenty of parking and 4 picnic tables for sitting.

Birria tacos hit the spot. The asada fries were delicious. A food truck in a parking lot. Good authentic tasting Mexican food.

A Taqueria Jessica Food Truck has recently been parking just down the street from Fred Meyer in Port Orchard on SE Sedgwick Road so we stopped by today to check it out. Ordered 6 Queso Birria Tacos. Are to go order was ready 10 mins later. These Queso Birria Tacos were served hot and were very tasty. The taco shells were a bit too soft so when I reheat them at home, I’ll pop them in the oven which should crisp up the taco shells. Not cheap at $19 for six but they were very tasty.

I had a dish called Birria de res. Best birria I’ve ever had. The best Birria I’ve had since moving to Washington from California. Their customer service was amazing, they were really friendly. Definitely will be going back.

Expensive for what you get. Food taste good, service is fast, and it is conveniently located in the middle of Silverdale but portions are small compared to similar Mexican food just minutes away. If you are trying to experiment with local food nearby, try it! However, if you know and love the same food with similar (if not less) prices at a nearby Mexican restaurant then I suggest going there.

Have to say I was excited for a new Taco truck in Port Orchard. Pulled up at 6pm and nobody there eating, I was greated friendly. I found the menu a bit pricey. I had rolled tacos and a kids sizzed burrito (bean and cheese). Got home and opened my food and the burrito was kid sized and I got 3 little taquitos a very small portion of rice and beans in my meal. Now to the flavors, the rice was good, the beans had no flavor and the rolled tacos were not bad, I was however left hungry with the portion sizes. Overall not bad, but there are two more places (I will leave nameless) within 1/4 mile that are in my opinion as good or better and alot less expensive. Neither offer Birria style tacos but again just a better value overall. Not sure I would go again for these reasons. It is good to have options, this just wont be an option for me. Not at all saying not to try it, but its pricey compared to your other options.
