I called in advance to order tamales veracruzanos the lady on the phone didn’t even take my name was just rude. I had been anticipating wanting to buy some and finally chose to buy from here. They were good but they had bones! I’m talking big pieces and in all of them I bought like 6. Disappointed.

Place is kinda shabby and the menu might benefit from a trim down, this is more of a to-do place. But the food is food! And the portions are generous. This wouldn’t be my first choice but they open on Sundays, which is a big plus.

If you love mom and pop restaurants, i recommend this one. Absolutely love the food. Reminds me of my mom’s cooking! Different selections of Mexican food. I always order something different everytime I go. Not a lot of parking but worth it. The Menudo is delicious!

Yesterday this lady was selling food here on Concord Hills she parked in the middle of the street and wouldn’t let cars pass including myself I waited for her thinking she would move the vehicle and she never did she continues selling food and never moves. I had to go on the curve just to get out. Ridiculous if I see it again I will get off and make a complaint.

I like to run in here and grab a bite to go. Menu is pretty vast, but gotta say, they occasionally get something wrong or off. Asked for a pirata taco and got a brisket taco. But prices are pretty good and during the week they have specials that can take a $1 off or combos at great prices.
