Unfortunately you can’t actually go to the burger experience. They only offer food through Uber Eats and Grub Hub. My wife and I decided to have dinner at Smokey Bones (the company the makes the Burger Experience) anyway.

Second order from this place within a week. Wanted to give them a second chance after the first order was completely incorrect. This time: actually worse. Ordered a green chili burger and two cheese burgers along with an unsweetened ice tea. Received three plain burgers and a sweet tea. Only reason I’m okay with the single star is that the fries (plain) were tasty and incredibly the only part of the order that came as it was supposed to be. Same treatment on both orders, have to assume it’s just how this place goes. Absolutely cannot recommend in any way
