I didn’t get the food, but the drinks were made well. Bloody Mary and a Sierra Nevada hazy ipa. Nice server had an easy going conversation. Quiet place to just hang for a bit. Cheaper drink prices than other spots in airport

One star is generous. This was honestly THE worst burrito I’ve ever had. If I hadn’t taken it to go and was on an airplane by the time I ate it, I would have taken it back and demanded a refund. It had absolutely zero flavor. Carnitas should be very flavorful. It just tasted like nothing. Really not happy. It was very expensive in the first place, and then to be awful just makes me feel totally ripped off.

If you’re craving a burrito bowl, DON’T come here. Plenty of good alternatives in SFO. Burrito bowl was super dry. I wanted to swap out beans for sour cream but was told it would be a $2.50 upcharge despite not opting for beans. I was also refused when asked if I could add Tabasco sauce, which there was a bottle behind the counter. Instead they gave me a little more salsa, which isnt the same as Tabasco

I ordered online at around 9:50pm. According to the online order, my pick up time was around 10:08pm. When I got there to pick the food, right at 10pm, they told me that they were closed. I just asked them for a refund and the employee said she couldn’t refund me, that I needed to either call customer service or request the refund from my credit card. Really? Why do I have to go through all this trouble for a service that I didn’t receive? I had contacted the customer service number for the headquarters, and left a feedback as well on the link provided on the order’s email and nobody has contact me. I need my refund!

Got a take our Cesar salad before the flight, the salad was $20 (incl. 30% for fees and other charges) for a very small appetizer sized portion. The soy chorizo on the salad seemed stale which caused me an gastro problem immediately after having it. Not good overall.

Food was decent but the bartender is the rudest I ever met. Wouldn’t let me eat my tacos at the bar, even though I was going to order a drink. Then a woman walked up to the bar, she wanted a drink and conversation. The bartender told her he didn’t want to talk today, today would be all business. He needs to be unemployed.
