Amazing brisket; literally some of the best I have had. Really good chicken. Okay pulled pork. However mac and cheese was mediocre. Would def try brisket again, but may try one of the other places in the market too. A la carte brisket for the win

Went to lunch here today the service was good and staff was friendly the prices seemed a little expensive, but the food portions make up for it, it’s a lot of food that they give you I got the 2 meat 2 sides plate, brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, bbq beans. The pulled pork was very flavorful. However the brisket was a little on the tougher side and maybe a little over done. The max and cheese was excellent and the beans were pretty good as well, I never had a tortilla with my bbq but they give you one if you want to make a flour taco. Overall I would still go back and have some bbq from here.

This place is not that good. I paid $27.50 for a bbq chicken sandwich I could have made better. Got beans and coleslaw as a side. Slaw was wilted and the beans tasted like a store bought brand from a can.

Liberty Market BBQ spot. Good portion sizes and fair prices. Ribs were good and pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Very Spicy vinager based Cole slaw. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Fast service. Plenty of outside seating.

The tri tip here was amazing as well as the sides. My girlfriend and I keep coming back. It’s very casual, and no seating is provided as it’s at the liberty station food market. Plenty of seating inside and outside there.

brisket was sold out by lunch time. pulled pork in the pulled pork taco was flavourful and a good blend of savoury and sweet with a tiny hint of spice. the taco shell however was a mediocre store bought flour tortilla, topped with salsa and guac both of which were alright. a little simple in terms of topping and shell. even a corn tortilla and some chopped cilantro would help. they specialize in bbq, not tacos!

Just had food delivered with Uber Eats. I did the 2 person meal option. It was delivered missing the bread and BBQ sauce. I tried to call The Pigs Gig several times with no answer. So I just paid $54 for dry BBQ with missing items. I will not be recommending or revisiting The Pigs Gig BBQ.
