This was, hands down some of the best pizza I have had in a VERY long time! I’d make the 3 hour drive from where I live just to grab one of these pizzas and eat it by the river. It was one of the most memorable moments of our summer.

Delicious, thin-crust pizzas in the middle of the forest! It is a great food option if you are camping at the Lewis River Recreation Area, Northwoods, or other campsites nearby. There is also a well-stocked general store for other last-minute items for your camping trip.

We stopped here because we thought it was the only place around and were pleasantly surprised by amazing pizza. I think it must be wood or brick oven fired because it was slightly and perfectly charred.

This place is probably a great place to get pizza, but they are CLOSED during fall and winter. It doesn’t say that anywhere on Maps, so I was excited to go to a campsite with hot food in October… bummer… I got to the campsite and found out they where shut down for the season. Someone should edit their info online so we know they are CLOSED during cold months.

We were out exploring the Gifford Pinchot when we came across this place. Im kind of picky with pizza, but loved this place. The lady working the counter was a joy too! Highly recommend!
