It’s a great hometown rib joint with a straightforward menu and friendly staff. I’ve had the BBQ ribs and the fried catfish plate so far. The food is priced comparable to the local market. Service is fairly quick but I would recommend calling your order in ahead of time to eliminate the wait. Seating in the restaurant section is limited to about 12, but most people get their orders to-go.

I enjoyed The Rib Shack for the first time, with my mother and daughter, being back home in Mississippi. The food was great, the service was professional and fast and the owner (Mr. Robert) was personable and kind! Good times and great food at The Rib Shack!
