Cashier went to the back without taking my order and had me waiting for 15 minutes! There was 2 windows and the other window was just filled with people complaining about how slow the service was. Very frustrating experience, rather not eat here at the zoo.

$32 for two JR burgers from sonic basically. And very hard fries. I wouldn’t recommend but what do you expect for zoo food I guess. The lady was nice who helped us though.
