Last two times I have come it has been very disappointing! We arrive around 6:20 on Sunday evening. Most of the chairs are on the table, person inside is not friendly. Says we are closing early today….that’s weird, the hand written sign says you are open until 8 and the door says 9 . Oh and we aren’t doing fries today. Both times. Seriously disappointed.

Very nice restaurant and location. However, immediately upon walking in we noticed the AC not working well. Yes, it is summer but really? The food wasn’t bad but we rushed to leave the place because it was warm inside. There was only one employee taking up all roles. We felt sorry for her. She was great BTW. I am sure the place can offer more than this. Not sure I will come back.

Went in June 6, 2023 to order a catering size order, over $400. Was told that couldn’t do it and that I had to call their catering number. I did and it happens to be the same restaurant location, not a separate company. Eventually, I finally was directed to ezCater and that was a great experience.

You’ll be hard pressed to find worse service. I gave them two chances to get my order (take out lunches) right. The first time my order was not ready after nearly 30 minutes between placing it online and my arrival. The second time it was made incorrectly and when I called to explain to the “manager” (who was also the worker) her explanation was that “her computer didn’t tell her what I ordered correctly” even though my confirmation email spelled it out perfectly. There seems to be no leadership or accountabililty at this business. I enjoy Greek food – but I’ll never spend another dollar at this place.

We love Greek food and this place had some pretty decent reviews. We ordered food for four through Uber Eats and received our bags completely sealed and stapled together (Uber person wouldn’t have been able to see inside). Right from the start we were missing a full meal. I thought, “These things happen, I’ll just call the restaurant and get this fixed.” Upon calling the restaurant, we it turns out they had “disabled” the phones so calls could not be received at this time.

What a complete disappointment! This restaurant in Greenbriar used to be our favorite place. We would drive a great distance just to eat there. I have noticed the last few times this place gets worse and worse. This last time made me sick to my stomach. On top of that, there were no napkins at all in the entire place, no toilet paper in the bathrooms and the staff was rude. I felt like we were bothering the girl that waited on us. And they charged us “extra” for for dressing that used to be part of what came on our pita, price has gotten ridiculous for what we got! At this point, we are done with going to this place. What a shame!

I used to love this place & wanted to introduce my friend to it. We were welcomed by a sign reading “on break, be back @3pm” (it was after 4:00pm & the sign was still up) greeted by horrible service, everything looked like it had been sitting for days so it was difficult picking anything worth eating. Finally when we went to check out the cashier was counting the entire drawer, when I handed them my cash the gentleman asked “would you like to pay with a card, it’ll be faster?” (this is after I already gave him my cash) well after about 20 minutes of watching him count & recount the coins (they were clearly trying to drive us our of the restaurant), I took my cash back & told him to cancel my order. The Simple Greek clearly doesn’t want any customers, so save yourself some time/ frustration & go elsewhere.

My side of “seasoned rice” was plain and uncooked. I gave some to my husband and he thought I was playing a prank on him. He could not believe that a place could actually serve that. My gyro is saturated with vinegar and oil to the point it made my pita all soggy. Food was way to salty. This food is absolutely horrible and I will never order here again
