Saturday 12.17.22 out waitress was Nicole and she was the only one running the bar n as our server. She was really nice and made good drinks. To make this clear, the food was at room temperature for the time it took to bring it out. The mushrooms appetizers were almost cold, then the food was very very room temperature. I wanted to return all the platter’s we got served but my friends said no. Cuz it took tooo long to get our food. Again, this has nothing to do with our waitress. I lived n Dallas for almost 40 yrs and was looking for somewhere fancy to eat but Unfortunately it’s Not The Tack Room. Never again….thanks Nicole for making our visit nice. But the Food Got B A lot More Warmer when Served n Some Taste Too…

No server! We had to shout our order to the bar because there was no server attending us. Wish that was it. The food was mediocre at best. We had two appetizers. Some sad panchos. Danny’s has better! Fried mushrooms were ok. They were fresh. Tortilla soup had a cambells taste. Or progresso! The Chicken laredo was bland, rice and veggies were bland too. Our bill was 80.00 dollars for 2 apps a soup and an entree. Never again. Had better at Longhorn stkhouse!! Avoid this place if you are a foodie. You’ll be sad at the end!

I walked in and was not greeted by anybody. Decided I would seat myself. Walked around and all empty tables were not bussed. Still no assistance. Sat at the bar. Was only one person working at bar. She was working hard and was very polite. Ordered Panchos as an appetizer. Took forever and looked like nachos I made in microwave as a 14yr old. Sent these back and ordered fried mushrooms instead. These were exactly like any fried cheap appetizer u would expect from TGIF. Batter had no seasoning at all. They were very hot and batter was not crispy? Then ordered lobster bisque. Came almost room temp. Sent back. Came back barely hot enough. Was provided a stir spoon. Lol. Had to ask for a soup spoon. Not sure there was any lobster in this. Had three beers while waiting thru this and they were not cold. This place is not cheap. Seems like they need to figure out the basics. I was prepared to order a regular entree but after the disappointing appetizer rodeo I was afraid too. Left still a little hungry. I did receive a food discount without having to ask. Everyone was nice. This is an expensive place. The kitchen is not in order. Hopefully they turn it around. I remember this place as a kid.

Outstanding stand alone restaurant. Great selection of steaks and sides. Made my potato the were I asked for. Baked, burnt and diced up with onions and bacon. Just like my mother in law use to make me. Bartenders wonderful. Will be back for prime rib night.
