Never came across worst coffee! It is best described as cup of milk with some aftertaste of coffee. In first case it was suppose to be regular coffee, in 2nd case ice latte. All this in last 2 weeks, they need to find better staff asap.

I loved Tim Hortons get it almost every single day but this location is the biggest joke they’re coffee always tastes burnt and today I went inside and was told she wasn’t going to take customers at the counter cuz it was ” too much” because they had a truck and two people in their drive-thru I was told I had to go outside go back to the drive-thru. When I pulled around there was absolutely nobody in the drive through and the truck was leaving. It was a manager who told me this on the inside The other girl that was working with her was about to take my order and she was abruptly stopped by the manager who had an attitude about having to do her job maybe you should hire people that actually care about their work.

The attendant at the window made fun of me to other employees when I struggled to get my change into my wallet. She was only interested in having me move my car so they could have me pull around to bring out my order of two vanilla lattes and a double shot of espresso, which the espresso was already prepared. (The two latte’s shouldn’t even take that long. It was at least two minutes since I had placed my order). I apologized for being slow due to a disability with my left hand caused by an industrial accident that crushed two of my fingers and caused nerve damage throughout my hand. (I did not offer her the explanation of how it happened, just the apology for being slow due to a disability). She mocked me to other staff regarding my disability. Her ignorance is far worse than a disability as it will cripple and plague her for the of her life.

Idek how this place is still running everytime I go here the coffee is disgusting, they always get my food wrong. Every single time. It’s crazy. How am I gonna pay $2 extra for a croissant and not get a croissant… the people are rude. It’s just embarrassing. They need to close atp.

Live right around the corner from this location and 4 out of every 5 times I go here the iced Capp machine is broken. Place is also minimally staffed and chances are the time you go half of the staff will be on their break. Drive the extra 5 minutes to find another Tim Hortons.

I’m in frequently both to the gas station and Tim Hortons. Both the newer owners and the new manager are awful. The owners are very disrespectful to staff and have no probablem making a scene in front of customers. The new manager is no different. Constant attitude in person and over drive-thru speaker. She talks badly about the employees. (Probably why they can keep employees and why all the good employees aren’t there anymore). Aside of that, their customers at the counter are treated like a last priority to drive-thru. Its not uncommon to see the parking lot full of cars waiting on their orders because they dont have the staff, or they are trying to improve the speed of service. This causes issues for the people trying to get gas or buy stuff at the gas station itself. Its just sad. The previous owners weren’t the best either, but it seem like everything ran a bit smoother.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin with avocado spread. I received it with bacon, not a big deal I walk in and ask them to fix it. I don’t think to look at the remake before I leave, they gave me another sandwich with bacon and without the egg and cheese. Every time I got here they mess up the order but never this bad

Currently the worst Tim Hortons in the area by far! First of all they charge 20 cents more for a coffee than any other location. Also The blonde girl who works the drive thru window lately in the mornings is always rude and nasty for absolutely no reason. She also likes to not give you your correct change back and then gets rude when you’re simply asking for your correct change back. Not sure if she’s miserable because she’s unbelievably slow at her job or because she doesn’t even know how to make a cup of coffee but no paying customer should have to deal with her attitude. I know I certainly won’t be coming back and I have been a daily customer for many years.

Been going to this location for a while now because my kids work at a nearby car wash. When I drop them off I go grab them something to eat from this location. In the past I have not had a good experience at all. Recently I have been waited on by a man named Drew. I have to say he gets my order right every time and is super friendly which I am really truly not used to at this location. Just wanted to give him a shout out because as for me he has changed my experience at this Tim Hortons thank you Drew for having great customer services.

Tired of the coffee now. Used to get it daily and sometimes more than once. I only stop for a breakfast sandwich now. Donuts I get elsewhere and also I buy my coffee from BLACK RIFLE COFFEES, as it’s a veteran owned company which i support now and has fabulous coffees. Hortons will always have my business, just no longer for the items mentioned.
