Ordered food online but it was never confirmed so I decided to call, the receptionist said their tablet for orders was off. I wait about 20 minutes then head there to pick up my order. They hadnt even started the order when I got there and the place was empty. The “chef” gets up from his chair wipes his nose with his bare hands and I waited another 15-20 minutes for a total of 3 rolls.

I usually love Tomo, my last experience was horrible. I called to tell them that part of my order was incorrect. Benny immediately started screaming at me asking me don’t I remember ordering the wrong food. Clearly what they sent wasn’t what I ordered, I have a food allergy and would not have ordered what was sent. HORRENDOUS customer service, and the sushi my mother and sister received was not great quality.

Great sushi! Just ordered takeout via Grubhub. Sanitary and safe contactless pickup method. Order made earlier than expected which was great for us. Sushi tasted fresh and was everything we were craving. Will visit again when quarantine is over
