We have been ordering from US pizza for some time now and have always enjoyed the pizza and wings. Recently, we have had multiple orders in a row that have been missing items. Today, the wrong sauce was on the wings we ordered. When we reached out to get this corrected, we were told by Slice that the store would not authorize this and we needed to drive the wings to the store in order to get our order corrected. We then called the store directly and the manager asked, “How many have you eaten? Be honest.” They are working on sending the correct wings out, but want the other wings back – I hope they aren’t planning on serving them to someone else. We will be finding a different pizza place from here on out. Poor customer service.

The dining room smelled disgusting. Like there was a plumbing issue in the restroom a week prior that still lingered in the air. I stayed and gave them a chance to impress me with the food because I had a hungry 6y.o. with me while waiting for my car repairs. She ordered the kids’ cheese pizza & some mozzarella sticks. She enjoys almost all pizza from everywhere we go…. EXCEPT this pizza. I tried to fix it for her by adding powdered parm. Nope. We will not give them a second chance. The customer service was great though. There were at least three TVs that I could see from our table; all different channels so the sound in the dining room was a bit chaotic as well.

We used to go to US Pizza 2 times a month and thought the pizza and wings were awesome. We stopped going as they have raised the prices so much that it isn’t practical to go there. We might go back for nostalgia, but it won’t be more than once a year or more. Two many businesses are swinging to hit a home run every time, in reality they should be looking to serve good food at a fair price, which leads to repeat customers and greater business.

Very disappointed. Our usually go-to was closed, so we took a shot based upon reviews. Soggy zucchini, soggier onion rings , the Supreme pizza was off.. tasted almost as though the veg was old and fermented. Cheese pizza was good though, somewhat redeeming. We ended up disgarding the supreme to the trash and just rationed out the cheese.

We ordered thin crust pizza and called because they gave us traditional crust. They said they’d send new pizza but had to give the others back. Ok, no problem. Then we get a replacement where all the cheese is in the corner of the box!! Thanks US.

Fresh toppings but I don’t care for their white sauce, I’ve had it a couple times now and it’s just very bland. The crust is usually on the doughy side. Breadsticks are good and large portion as pictured. One big plus is that they deliver to my area, nobody else does.

My family eats here all the time with our church and they are always friendly. They have great food no matter what you order. Personally I love there wings and pizza, but others in my family love their carne asada borritos enchilada style.
