We tried most of the menu, and enjoyed it all although the brisket banh mi stole the show! The veggies on the sandwich and the side of smashed cucumbers brought the perfect balance to the smoked meats. The brisket egg rolls were a perfect crunchy bite and served with a house-made BBQ sauce… very tasty.

Logan Square’s best hidden secret. The crew do an amazing job of introducing a delicious twist of incredibly well done Texas style BBQ. We ordered the whole menu with a large group and no one left hungry or disappointed. Excited to see that I can have it ordered delivered to my door now as well! Definitely try the Brisket Banh Mi and the Egg Rolls! Loved the Smoked Crab Rangoon!

Wow! What a treat with best of both worlds, an amazing cocktail bar with a vast selection of local beers, and an outstanding BBQ concept, Umamicue! The flavors on the brisket and pork belly are right up there with the best of the pit masters! Go early and be patient, it’s worth the wait. Great experience!

The pork belly is to die for and the brisket is superb! Checkout the outdoor patio area which normally has seating and is a great atmosphere for the BBQ. Make sure to say hi to Charles!
