My wife and I were in the mood for some Greek cuisine and we found this place in Merriman Valley! We were underwhelmed by the exterior and interior atmosphere, but once we had a taste of the food, we were absolutely blown away. The thrilling flame of the Saganaki as our starter began the meal on the right foot. The Spanakopita entrée was the star of the show with its crispy exterior and warm, flavorful interior. The falafel in the falafel wrap was dry, and the wrap was accompanied with too much hummus in it. The baklava for the dessert was one to remember – this is one of the thickest pieces of baklava I have ever seen. Flooding with a layer of nuts standing over two inches tall, this baklava is sure to please the nut lover! Our experience was nothing but positive and we will be sure to come back soon!

This place is amazing. It wasn’t crowded at all and definitely is a hidden gem in the area. We were instantly seated and given good service, and the food was outstanding. Would eat here again 10/10

Stopped in for lunch while biking for the day with my 13 year old son. I had the gyro, he had the pita and hummus appetizer. Both were phenomenal. I’d say the gyro was the best I’ve had anywhere, and I’ve ordered many a gyro in my day. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was fast and hot out of the kitchen. It’s always very obvious when owners take a huge amount of pride in their business, and Vasili’s was one of those places that just exuded that type of quality and pride. Would definitely stop in if I’m ever in the area again.

Yasu!! Ti Kanis? This place is OUTSTANDING! The Gyro Supreme was stuffed like it should be, toppings were fresh, and the tzaiki was where it was supposed to be! The TIROPITA (Greek Cheese Meza) was phenomenal! This place needs to be PACKED all the time.. I’m telling you…one of the best Gyros I’ve had in this area, if not the best! Will be back to try other dishes! Who were to think it…an Irish boy making EXCELLENT GREEK STREET FOOD!

Absolutely delicious food with wonderful service!! I had the Mezedakia entree and a delicious Greek side salad with homemade yogurt dressing. Everything was amazing! The gyro meat was so perfectly tender and seasoned. I loved the variety of Greek staples in this dish. The homemade tzatziki and warm pita bread served as a perfect appetizer. Our server was so professional and efficient despite being the only server that night in a crowded restaurant. I was so impressed by the entire experience! I will be back!!

Great restaurant. Excellent service. The hummus and pita was good, the Greek salad was fresh with the house balsamic a great appetizer. Both my husband and I got gyros and this is the best gyro meat I have had. Will definitely be coming here again next time we are in town.

This is a wonderful Greek restaurant with consistently good food and service. Generous portions and very flavorful. Tried the gyro stir fry which was delicious and had enough to take home for lunch the next day. Reasonably priced!
