I go here a lot for their pho, but some other notable favorites are their fried rice and curry dishes. Compared to so many other strip mall restaurants, they’ve made theirs feel more like you’re not in a strip mall. There is usually some soft classical music playing in the background. The decor feels a little more like cozy date night dining. There are a few large tables here to accommodate a large family or party. This place stays open later than a lot of pho restaurants and a lot of times if I’m having a late dinner this is my go to restaurant when I’m craving Vietnamese food or just a good bowl of pho.

Fantastic and authentic Vietnamese food. The food was so delicious looming I barely had time to snap some photos before the family devoured it all! The service was very attentive despite being mostly full, kudos for that. If your in the area swing by for some great food at an affordable price.

Food is good, but over the years the portions of the food have been getting smaller and the prices have gone up slightly. The servers tend to leave you alone, in my opinion in a bad way. There was one time when I went with my brother and wife and the server(I’m not sure but I believe he owned the place or was a manager) only came to take our order after we called him over, and didn’t see him at our table again until we asked him to bring us our check. We paid cash and whatever change was left over we left that as a tip. He then followed us yelling at us for us to take our change.

This place could get 5 stars. The food was delicious, drinks were yummy and Customer service was on point. I read a few reviews about their cleanliness and at first we thought it looked pretty clean. Then I looked up at the lamps and all the dust freaked me out. I looked over at other lamps above the tables and all of them were VERY dusty. Which is kinda gross because the lamps are directly above the tables. The pictures on the walls are also very dusty.

I was really disappointed with the service that my daughter and I received at Viet Chopsticks. We actually just left and I wanted to come on here to put a review before I forget. The female server working today 12/29 was extremely rude. We waited a long time to get our drinks and food. We ordered before the table next to us and they got their food at least 15 mins before us they ordered actual food food we order 2 chicken pho. I asked the female server for more bean sprouts she looked at me with an attitude and said, “Are you actually going to use it?” The gentleman working brought us out our pho we asked him for more limes his responses was, “Of course!” The chicken pho was delicious. Once we were done I asked her for the check and she seemed bothered by me asking her. My daughter and I sat there waiting for about 10 mins then the male working asked if we were ready and brought the check right away. He was really nice and attentive. After I finished eating I went to the bathroom which were disgusting. My family and I have been going to this restaurant since they opened and don’t remember seeing it in this shape or receiving this bad of service. Last time we were here was back in October 2021.

The ambience was great and make you feel warm. Quick service and friendly staffs. The foods were fine, the flavor was kind of missing a ‘Wow’ factor, maybe because I get used to with eating a little salty. But in total the experience was good.
