Honestly one of the best Spanish food there is in sarasota. This place is as good as it gets. They have authentic sodas like Colombiana and Fress Kolita. I had the pollo a la plancha. The chicken was seasoned to perfection. They also give you two sides for $12! Much better then going to Chick Fil A or Wendy’s. I would recommend coming here if you are staying on the key.

Basic place to eat, friendly service and food was good. Restaurant needs a little tlc ( cleaning, no paper towels) amd some upbeat music. Empanada cheese was thicker than what I’m used to. Rice did not taste fresh and meat was very salty.

2 of us around 1145 am. Nobody else there whole time on a Wed. Very clean and festive music. We had two appetizers: beef Empanada $3 and Tequenas (4-cheese sticks)$5. Main course we split and still took most home: Parrilla Mixta $22. Chunks of seasoned beef, chicken and pork, filled a whole plate, and a second plate with cheese chunks, fried cornbread, and a salad similar to potato but had cabbage, carrots, other… Tasty and plentiful. I recommend this place. Women owned and operated.
