We met friends here who live locally. Our food was really good and the servers very friendly. I had the buffalo sub and it was incredible. Their tiramisu is homemade and highly recommended.

I want to preface this review by saying that I understand that times have been difficult for the restaurant industry however, my experience at Vinnys took that to a new level. My party came in and was rushed to order food and drinks within five minutes of sitting down. We complied, as we knew they were short staffed. Upon getting our food, one of our entrees did not show up. The waitress told us it would be two minutes until it came out. Thinking that it was almost here, the rest of our party of twelve began eating. After ten minutes the waitress came out and said it would be another couple of minutes. By the time the entree finally came out, everyone else had finished eating. Nothing was done to make up for the lack of service we received, other than excuses on being short staffed. I understand that people have rough nights, but costumer service is everything and we unfortunately didn’t feel it here.

Ordered a pizza online from their website. A time was given when it would be ready. My wife showed up to pick up the pizza and they hadn’t even started the pizza. If you are going to do online ordering you need to be better prepared to meet the time.

I have written an excellent five star review for Vinny’s before, years ago. But recently, my standard order a lightly baked non brown bottom pizzas are coming out with dark brown and over baked bottom. Your oven is too hot. It’s brown burnt crust. It smells overcooked.

Although I have had good food from this place, when I’ve ordered chicken wings from this place they’re almost never good. I have gotten them form here multiple times. The last two times I have ordered the chicken it was cooked to hard! I believe the grease needs to be changed the meat in the inside was dry and not edible. If grease is changed when its’s suppose to be than I believe the chicken would taste better.

The ABSOLUTE rudest owner and workers I’ve ever experienced. I ordered 2 shrimp Alfredo’s from them- when I arrived they made the WRONG THING and then proceeded to tell me I was the one who ordered the wrong thing (something I didn’t even know was on the menu) like I don’t get the same thing every time? I asked for the correct meal and they said they would charge me again for it, to which I of course said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I then asked for a refund and the owner said “hell no.” So you’ve lost a loyal customer and I will be letting everyone I know this is the worst restaurant in the west end . BEYOND unprofessional!

Excellent service and friendly waiters, the food was very good and portions are massive!! We came at a slow time and we were reluctant to stay but glad we did, a must if you are in the area. Robert was our server and he was excellent!! Keep doing great things!!!
