I came here last night and it was such an amazing experience. We got some of the best pizza and wings in Chicago, fresh! I even went home and ate leftovers (I never eat leftovers)! On top of that, the owner was such a sweetheart. He kept my table and I company, ensured our food was good, and even made sure we were safe walking to our car! I’ll for sure be back, I feel like family now!

Decided to try Waldo Cooneys after 4years. Pizza was definitely better before the pandemic. Ordered a large pizza and it cost me $35+. It has definitely changed for the worst. Pizza Pie is square cut into small square pieces as if it’s cut for a child to eat. Highly Disappointed! RC Pop was the best part of my order. SMH!

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times. This is my 4th time ordering a pizza and all they send me are jalapeño poppers. I understand that I’m usually ordering through Uber eats but you would think they would catch it on the receipt when bagging my order. After so many failed attempts, I finally called to complain (I’m not one to do that) and all she could tell me was “we’re too busy to check the receipt” she didn’t offer to accommodate me in anyway, you never tell a customer you’re “too busy” to make sure an orders correct. HORRIBLE customer service.
