The staff is respectful friendly and helpful . I had questions about the pizza cuts and size . They were so patient with me over the phone and it was my first time trying them out. Love the pizza and wings! I pick up and have had delivery. No issues. I actually give them 4 stars on the pizza and wings! Great local restaurant. And the special deal for a family is really great . I live in Oak Lawn and this is my go to pizza place. The pizza is delicious and fresh, the wings are huge, and it never disappoints. The restaurant itself is pretty bare bones, but delivery and takeout is their strong suit. Highly recommend their pizza.

I always thought Waldo’s pizza on 85th Pulaski was the best pizza in the world. However the last two pizzas I’ve gotten from them was not good. They changed their crust (bad ideal). Please change it back PLEASE!!!

They didn’t value my customer service! I specifically ask to please add a one liter to my purchase. When it arrived it was not with my pizza. When I called they responded by saying either wait 30-40 minutes for them to deliver the 1 liter or have a $5.00 credit on my next order. I replied by saying why not a $10 dollar credit? for this big inconvenience. They said the 1liter was only $2.50. Well Waldo Cooney’s it isn’t about the money it’s about the customer service. My last time ordering here!

Spent $55.00 my meal included a $4.59 order of fries which I did not get. I called the Manager he said my worker swears he gave them to me. He said that’s all to it. They rather lose a customer over an order of fries. Customer service is not important. Two months ago they didn’t give me my salad. I have been going here for 15 years.
