Went through the drive through service was horrible and food was worst my burger had dirty lettuce, nuggets are hard and cold. Had to keep asking for missing parts of the order. I know that drawer is coming up wrong he gave me the wrong change back. If I could give a minus two stars I would.

This was the worst fast food I ever got. The French toast was burnt to a crisp. The sandwich had no cheese and had butter spread everywhere. Even a big blob on the wrapper. This was absolutely ridiculous and there was not one car in line so why???

Not a single aspect of their service was functional despite being fully staffed. I’ve never seen anything like it. Today, they were out of chicken nuggets AND could only take cash… but we weren’t informed of either problem until after ordering and waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru.

I stopped for a quick hamburger and soda. I’ve worked in restaurants coming up through my earlier years so it stands out as very apparent when the drive thru interaction starts indicating that things will not go smoothly. It usually starts with an inability to get the initial order correctly placed over the speaker. Once that took place I knew things would require some patience. Once I arrived at the window I got a ‘standard’ silent transaction. I immediately received my drink but waited approximately seven minutes to get my double hamburger. The server finally spoke and he did apologize for my wait. The server asked if I still wanted cheese although I hadn’t asked for cheese. I told him it was okay if it was on the sandwich because I would still take it. He told me the cook hadn’t put it on yet. But when I got the sandwich there was cheese on it. Not a problem, I took my items and had lunch. Nevertheless, the burger was hot because it was freshly made. Overall these types of interactions make it hard to keep supporting drive thru business at Wendy’s because most locations I have frequented over the past six or seven years have presented similar challenges. I used to love to eat Wendy’s almost daily, but it has become difficult to fully support the business. I have to be honest and suggest that I don’t think Wendy’s has been a great restaurant since Dave Thomas passed away. My recent year’s visits to a Wendy’s has slowed to once every six months and that is because of the inconsistent service at most locations. I really hope Wendy’s gets it together because they are an American institution and icon. I will try to avoid this location in the future and I will continue to sparingly support Wendy’s only when necessary.

Moving on with Old Man River “Jim” Old man river

This is one of the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. First they got our order wrong even though we told them about they were making a mistake at the time we ordered. The ice machine was broken and I had to ask for ice. I went to the ice tea container and it was empty. After I ate I had to use the bathroom and it was dirty with brown spots on the wall next to the commode and paper on the floor.
