On entering, I noticed that the interior was smokey from fryers. Looking behind the counter, due to a piece of equipment having been removed, you could see months of accumulated grease oozing from underneath the rear counter. The hood system had months of dust and grease on the interior. The fryer back splash looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. I couldn’t get a receipt for my order did to printer being out of order and cashier informed me that I could take a picture of the screen as proof of purchase. On receiving my order, the fries were so over cooked that they belonged in a museum and the sandwich was not made to order and the patty was as dry as Texas in the summer. The soda machine in the dining room had not been cleaned for weeks. In all I wonder how they passed their last health inspection. I am forwarding this to corporate and the Henrico Department of Health for follow up. Photos attached. Visit date of 19 AUG 2023 approx 1405 hrs local time.

Food quality is what Wendy’s is but what is just hysterical is the work uniforms or lack there of. basketball shorts and just the baggiest under Armour hoodie you ever did see. Everyone is pretty nice though. Manager is nice too. It’s just the “uniforms” that are entertaining. It is what it is though.

There is an infestation of flies that is extremely evident as soon as you walk in the door. I will update this review if any of the people I was with contract Shigella or anything of the like. It was raining and some parts of the ceiling were leaking. There was trash all over the tables, which I can’t blame the establishment for wholly, but there was someone’s shirt on a dining table, possibly an employee’s shirt by the looks of it. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and were efficient with their work. That is the extent to which I can give this location merit.

Worst experiences at a fast food. Closing manager (black lady with dreads that looks like a man) was very rude and disrespectful to me. She yelled and slammed window several times to intimidate me?? Or emphasize frustration. The regular employees were more respectful and courteous than she was. She could learn a thing or two from her Team. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend and from the other reviews this is an ongoing thing. She really acted like she hates her job or something. We all have bad days, completely understandable, but as a manager she should have demonstrated more self control and been a better example to her Team. Didn’t get my order because I didn’t trust someone making my food with that type of aggression and attitude. Didn’t want to take the chance and have my food tampered with. She rudely told me I couldn’t get a refund because I placed my order through the app. I only placed order through app because when I pulled up to drive thru I was told that was the only way to order. Please do better and if you don’t like your job try finding another.

Made everything fresh and fast. Only thing wrong with my order was I had ordered a Dave’s Single meal, just patty and bun, and when I had received the burger, it had cheese on it. My autistic son is very particular about his food, but they were able to correct it then and gave him a new burger right there!!!

Decided to stop at this Wendy’s to grab a 5 dollar biggy bag. Because i was on my way home from vacation 7 hoir drive. Show up tried all door the employees were laughing at us moments later waiting in drive threw,I saw a lady with her baby open the doors. I’m not from around here so we didn’t know the hours when the doors open. But the fact that the employees laughed at us, was quite ignorant.

Went here today and got a #2 large with Dr. Pepper. Unfortunately , was only able to eat the fries which were hot and crispy. The burger as you can see from picture was not cooked. The cheese was warm burger was not. Also had to dump my drink out as well. Not mention I was asked to pull up and had to wait a good 5-7 mins for my food.
