If you like your food served with a side of extra ghetto bad service, go here. The entire staff has bad manners and terrible customer service skills. It makes me wonder what the quality of the management team is — who in the heck is hiring these people?! Could you REALLY not find someone better? Makes me worry about the quality of the food. The person taking the orders did not greet me when I pulled up to the intercom and just said very rudely “second window” when I was finished ordering. When I pulled up to the window, they stuck their hand out of the window and grabbed my card without turning their head away from the POS and did the same thing when they handed me my card and receipt — never once did they smile or even acknowledge me at all. I ordered a junior hamburger… They gave me a junior cheeseburger. I told them I was lactose intolerant and couldn’t have cheese. Got a bunch of attitude and it took them five minutes for them to correct my order, but not before they gave me a box with pickles and onions in it instead, like that was supposed to be a fix for the fact that they gave me the wrong order. Never again! I’ll take my business somewhere else. I hope you do as well.

Very bad management! Been here several times. Every time it is at least a 20 min wait, even with no one in front of me. The cashier always has an attitude which is understandable, I mean I’m sure it’s not a fun job, but then I order and literally the order has been wrong more times than it has been right. I get that it’s probably hard to attract good workers to work in fast food but come on.. it can’t be that hard to read the screen and make sure what’s on it is in the bag. This is definitely the worst location I have visited. Take some pride in your work people!

The food is good by fast food standards, and it is fairly nice inside. The biggest flaw here is the service, sometimes it’s fine, but sometimes it’s actually dreadful. I haven’t had negative experiences in recent times though, so it appears that they have gotten their stuff together, for now at least.

Came to the drive-through on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 7 pm, only 1 other car in front of me. Was told to wait at the speaker, and the employee took my order, very unenthusiastic, very quiet, was not confident. Came to the window, the employee was on their cellphone. Didn’t say anything to me as he took my card, told him thank you, and he just nodded at me to move to the next window, I was not offered a receipt. Pulled to the 2nd window and the drinks and kids meal was ready, and was waiting on 2 salads. It took them about 10 minutes for them to give me the salads. No manager could be seen inside, and nobody seemed to take their job seriously. Employee at the 2nd window again nodded me to continue on, with no sorry for the wait or have a good day. The food was okay. They forgot the almonds for the salads. Would expect better from a Friday night with that many employees.

Went by the drive through, cashier was giggling while I was placing my order. No biggie there, let people enjoy themselves, didn’t think much of it. Got home with my food and it came with a nice addition on top. I donno if they were just unhappy I asked for cheese fries or if it was just accidental. But it was gross and very visible on top. Lost trust in this place and my appetite.

The person working the first window today around 2 was very rude. her mic was not working as it would cut out and I was having trouble comprehending her through the choppy mic. she got frustrated and started raising her voice and all the sudden she was perfectly legible. I assume she was mumbling without a care. she gave me a hard time when I asked what came on a sandwich and refused me service to order at the window because of the communication issues. I could see he rolling her eyes with attitude and gave me sass at the window. only reason I left 2 stars is the next window was delightful. I asked if I could get a tiny cup of beer cheese and I was happy to pay extra. there was no one behind me and they were more than happy and kind to fulfil my request.

I ordered Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant Sandwich at the drive thru. I had to pull over to the side and waited 5 minutes. When my order was ready & brought out the associate was nice and had a lovely on her face. My order was freshly made.

Dont know how the food is. This is my third attempt at getting food here before driving to McDonald’s. They keep each person at the menu board for five minutes. They do not take the next order until the first one is paid for and the person is driving off in a sorry attempt to keep their poor times down. Last attempt.
