Pretty good food for a fast food place. We had to wait awhile before we ordered (we were 1st in line) since the front end guy looked like he was also handing out food at the drive through. I think they were short handed. But he did acknowledge us and said he’d be with us and was kind when he came over to take our order. It also took longer than normal to have our order ready, which was totally okay since we weren’t in a hurry and they seemed pretty busy. But the place was pretty clean, and the food was good.

Very nice place! I’ve never really had a bad experience here so I like visiting this location! Just went recently for breakfast and we had to wait a little bit because they needed to cook fresh potato wedges but it was WORTH THE WAIT! The staff were very nice and even gave some treats to me for my dogs. They asked permission first too which was very kind of them.

I am always a bit weary of fast food places in Lake Stevens, but this Wendy’s is amazing! Picked up an uber eats order there tonight and it was super quick. Went here because it was the closest one to our location. Ordered at the drive thru. Everything was normal when you go to a drive through..until I got to their window. The gentleman that was working was the Best customer service person I have ever had the pleasure to experience! That sure says a Lot! Very friendly as normal most are, but you could tell that he was Actually Sincere about his conversation & his job! Just based off strictly, his wonderful customer service! I wish I could remember his name, but I am sure he will be there another time we go. This Wendy’s is a Very Nice location! And, although I personally did not get any food from here this time, the smell of the 3 baked potatoes & applewood smoked bacon added, was Very Difficult to Not just grab one from my child’s bag! Lol

They are open when the McDonald’s next door is ope and most the time Even with the new remodeling of McDonald’s they are usaly closed at 9-10pm that being said everyone starts to pile up over here and they are not staffed at night for this the drivethrough is just ridiculous the wait sad they know that McDonald’s usaly closes early I don’t get why they don’t have a couple of employees on the schedule for standby? Then they could be ready for when McDonald’s closes early for whatever reason and the would kick but instead of waiting in line for over 15 -20 just to order food. To be a Doordash driver when this happens really is not ok cause then they put you behind in the time of what your customers order should of been there and so now all the orders are behind and now every order is behind due to one place. So now they get marked down for the faultyness of Wendy’s lack of employees, ya some times it can be out of their control, but for the most part, they can prevent this.

Just pulled up at 12:00 am sharp (stoned), got myself a Big Bacon Classic. Surely this would be an ordinary Wendy’s dining experience. I was pleasantly suprised however when I arrived home and consumed possibly the best fast food burger I could fathom. Nay I say the best meal. The freshest hottest piece of mass produced beef grazed my mouth in the perfect bacon burger. Well done guys.

Waited incredibly long line took 15 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive through. People were standing around doing nothing and just seemed to not care about doing much of anything. They weren’t slammed cars didn’t seem to have large orders or issues just waited to take the order for a few minutes then again took 5 minutes per car at the window made it extremely slow. Sucks when you’re stuck in a drive through line expecting 3 cars in front to go fast and no logical reason for the slowness.

Great staff, especially for the late night runs when suffering a snack attack. Your usual fare of fast food. Just be mindful of the entries and exits for the traffic circles/peanut in the area as some folks struggle to yield in that area.

This is from the perspective of an ex. Employee. The entire staff was absolutely rude. The managers weren’t patient with new employees in training as I was yelled at for making a mistake. Very unsanitary! I watched my manager drop a rag on the ground and pick it back up to wipe the frosty machine with it. The girl who was training me didn’t tell me anything but expected me to know how to do stuff. She also ran around flirting with another guy employee. I felt anxiety and stress going into my shifts. They got upset at me for being too nice to customers and having that chick-fil-a attitude, which I had worked at before Wendy’s. And overall I felt put down.
