I have no idea. Waited by speaker outside n they never took my order so I left n went to McDs. This would’ve been my first time to eat there since they built in my hometown. Guess it’s my last time to go cause I don’t like being ignored n if the intercom was down they should’ve sent someone out to put a sign on it. Beast mode engaged Markee
I put a Mobile order in at 0600 with a pick up time of 0650-0655 and some how I still had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my food . This near impossible feat of not having an order ready with 50 minutes notice could probably be explained by more than half of the employees standing outside smoking and using profanity’s.

Google hasn’t allowed zero stars. 3rd strike as I like giving people a chance. I’m done with this location. They always get my order wrong and don’t even package the contents correctly. Drive thru always takes over 15min. I looked at my meal in the window for at least 10min. Needless to say everything was cold. And the fries were crumbs, soggy, the type that’s should be thrown out. So disappointing

We went through the drive through to order. Everything was fine except the girl had no idea what I was trying to order when I asked for the orange juice. Took a minute or two to get her to understand and she was getting very frustrated, then she wasn’t too friendly at the window. Other than that, great experience and will definitely be back.

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. People in drive thru behind me exited the lane and went inside to complain and recieced food first. I then asked for my money back which they didn’t clearly give an answer too. I watched as countless employees walked around the facility empty handed. No sense of management or organization. Friendliness or decent service isn’t available.

Breakfast is actually pretty good. But not the lunch, it’s overpriced and mediocre. You have to watch how they try to charge you, we ordered a $4 small shake and the guy tried to charge us $14. It wasn’t a computer error either. He tried to add himself a $10 tip. This has happened on a few occasions with different people.

Great food and quick to fix anything that is wrong! Breakfast is my favorite and the crew is very helpful! Only downside is that recently they closed the payment window and it seems like the wait time is at least double of what it has been. Plan accordingly!

This is a newer Whataburger and I would expect the food and service to be top-notch for the first year. However, when I placed and pulled up to the window the 2 ladies didn’t know how to take the payment from my Whataburger account. No big deal, I had to wait for a manager to show them. I pulled to the next window once they figured it out. The guy gives me my food and said have a nice day. I had to ask for the tea that was supposed to come with my meal. When I got the tea I took a sip to make sure I got the right thing, and behold they had given me the wrong tea. So I pulled around to go inside. Not once did any of the staff ask if we could help or what was wrong with the order. I went to the drink machine and refilled my cup with the right tea. This should have been a sign to check the rest of my order but I didn’t. The fries were not good it was like they had been fried that morning and tried to be reheated in the afternoon. The sandwich only had a little bit of the sauce that was supposed to be on it. I had to add ketchup just so I wasn’t eating a dry burger. I wouldn’t go back to this location, but I will go back to another.
