They charged my food (drive thru), and they charged the wrong order. They asked for my card to fix the error they did. It wasn’t fixed they just charged my card twice( charging my food and someone else’s food). I would not have known if the honest employer (Erika) would have not told me what had happened. I got off the fix the order because they couldn’t figure it out. I walked in asking to speak to a manager, and I said, ” I need to speak to someone who knows what they are doing.” Apparently, I offended 2 snowflake teenagers. One girl under her breath said, ” I hate when people walk in thinking they are all that.” I ignored her comment. The 2 girls started arguing with me, saying how I was rude for making my comment. Well, hell, if I was getting robbed $$$, I would like the problem resolved. Manager (Jorge) needs to learn to step up and handle the situation and his employees and not have 2 teenage girls argue with the customer or w/him. He never once stepped up to tell those girls to stop. All he did was throw his hands up and say, ” I don’t know what is going on.” Jorge, you need more training.

This Whataburger across from a cinema/movie theater in Laredo Texas is awesome! It is so CLEAN, sandwich fresh, fries hot and fresh, staff friendly. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you for a nice experience from a burger restaurant in Laredo Texas.

Place my order and the manager was incredibly rude. I ask for military discount and the manager stated that there is no discount for any military or law enforcement. This is very unfortunate specifically in Texas.
