I order from here at 5pn for delivery ( which I went to there website) for delivery at 6. 1st I get a text saying I’ll get it at 5.37 which is before I wanted but I wait and still didn’t show up till after 6. 2nd come to find out ita doordash even though I order from wing stop website and it don’t say door dash( I hate using 3rd party delivery I would have picked up if I know that) 3rd the food was cold. 4th the fries were in a paper boat not a to go container and last the didn’t give me everything

I’ll give them 2 stars because the food was semi-edible and the employees were nice enough… but it stops there. Wings took forever to cook, barely coated in any sauce, 10 wings crammed into a container barely large enough for 5, fries are soggy cold and unsalted/seasoned. This was my second trip to this wing stop and the experience was the same. Unfortunately, it will be my last.

Hands down the worst WingStop in RVA. Placed a mobile order for boneless wings. When I picked up the order, I asked if I could place an order for celery sticks. The guy looked me in my face and pointed to a female coworker behind him and said “she’s cutting up the celery, I don’t know how long it’s going to be”, clearly not wanting to task himself with cutting a few pieces of celery. I left, got home and was further irritated when I saw the wings were dry and had very little to no sauce on them. Never again.
