I’m disappointed. I ordered through UBER. The delivery person was delivering for multiple delivery services at the same time. It took her 30 minutes to deliver from a place that is 3.1 miles away (45 minutes total). I ordered the large “carrots only” and got about 4 pieces. Soggy fries and cold food. What you see in the picture, except the hot sauce, was about $40, and the fries were free

It’s a sad day, when you always eat from a place and ask for a cup of water on a HOT SUNNY FLORIDA DAY and the employee look at you up and down, then laughs, and say sorry we don’t have water cups. I will Never come back here again not at the Port Saint Luice Darwin location. Would rather drive to Ft Pierce, then walk to my neighborhood location. Sorry not sorry. I would have bought a drink, if it’s about the money. I just really wanted water.

Ordered the 10 piece bone-in wings with lemon pepper sauce on the side. They were made to order; it took less than 10 minutes. They were still hot when I got home. Perfectly fried! Equal number of flats and drumettes. The skin was crispy and the chicken was hot and juicy. The lemon pepper sauce was heavy on the pepper and intense on the lemon flavor, just the way I like it. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. If you are craving wings and are near the Darwin Plaza, you should definitely give them a try. I will be back to try their boneless wings.

I ordered a 40 count wings with 3 sides and had so many issues. First, I never received my side of veggie sticks, 2nd my large side of parmesan fries were both burnt and greasy, 3rd was that my Korean BBQ wings were hot teriyaki and finally, I tried to call back 8 times to explain my issues and THE PHONE WAS NEVER ANSWERED, WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL AND VOICEMAIL WAS FULL. The wings were over over fried. My fried corn was mushy and the lack of communication was just the icing on the cake. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Wings were burnt completely not dry rubbed properly and had 3 inches of greese in the box. No excuse for it either I personally looked at their orders and there were a grand total of 2 customers in the store besides myself. Was literally in there at 4:30 and got home to find this nonsense as my meal. Which is funny because the people in their before me who KNEW the people working in their had food that looked completely fine. Absolutely ridiculous

We ordered online ahead of time and sat in the restaurant and waited for 1 hour for the food to be ready. Then the shift manager walked out to take a break leaving the staff to deal with a full restaurant of people waiting on food. I love wingstop but I’m never coming back.

Really good place for wings. My service has always been good, but I did witness a man that did have a bad experience. His order was lost or something. He was sitting in the restaurant when I arrived. He saw many people get their orders, and then he saw me get mine. It took a few minutes, but they did realize they missed his somehow. He left without food and an upset, and I get it. I hope they gifted him a free meal voucher so he will come back. These things, unfortunately, happen. I hope it is the exception and not the norm. Based on how busy the place was and how good my service was, I’m guessing the latter. Go try it.

Ordered 30 wings, missing 10 cajun. Drove back from SLW cuz they wouldn’t answer the phone (too busy standing around both times inside store) Told they would fix it. Received 10 honey hot instead after telling them 3 times the correct flavor. By the time we got back home, the fries were disgusting. I wouldn’t waste your time/money eating here.
