It seems like the only time I come on here is to give a negative review. I would like to start giving positive reviews. I did carry out via mobile app ordered 30 wings and 2 large fries. I did not receive all of my order, so I was understandably upset. This was very late last night. The store closes at 12 AM. So I reached out to the store this morning around 11:30 AM. And a young lady answered the phone. I am still very upset about the fact that I spent that amount of money and didn’t receive what I ordered. I understand people make mistakes so that is not something that I am holding against anyone. But when I called, I was expressing my frustration the young lady basically wanted to argue. She was basically telling me that what I received was OK (until she looked at the order) and what she can do is remake my order for me to come back up there and pick it up. I live about 40 minutes away from this location. I was grabbing food on the way home and they were on the way. That’s the only reason why I ordered from there. Normally I go to the Amherst, Ohio location. Never had a problem with any of the people there. So I told the young lady no, I don’t want anything from that store but what I would like is a refund. She in an extremely nasty tone says, it’ll be 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Which is fine, but I also added, I can come up to the store and pick up my cash too, she, of course, has a rebuttal to that, and that was the whole problem. She had a rebuttal to everything. She needs to learn how to handle a situation where a customer is upset because it’s going to happen. I am certain I was not her first angry customer and I am 100% sure that I will not be her last. The whole thing just pissed me off. Lakewood Wingstop will never see this face again.

Great new wing spot for Lakewood. Long waits for food. National chain serving wings and all other manner of fried food. Their thigh bites are just boneless wings. I don’t know why they call them thigh bites. Take out only. It takes about twice or three times as long to get your food as the estimate says.

Hands down the best Wingstop I have ever been to. The fries were fresh and piping hot with the perfect amount of seasoning. The wings were drenched in sauce and the other half was perfectly seasoned with the lemon pepper seasoning. And when you bit into them steam came pouring out. Wingstop always does it right

Tried to get food here twice by ordering. Gave them two chances. Both times order stated 30-33 minutes. After the first incident of being 30 minutes behind. I waited an extra 30 minutes the second time I ordered. It was still not on time. This place is unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend ever going here.
