The worst management I have ever experienced. Manager was extremely rude on the phone and wasn’t trying to come up with a solution after my pick up order was wrong. After arguing with me for over 5 minutes, I asked him for the phone number to his higher manager and he told me to look it up online. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. I ended up calling the Wingstop on Viscount to get the contact information I needed (manager of that location was extremely friendly and helpful). Please take the time to go to a different location.

I have come to this location twice to eat lunch . Today is my last. I order 6 wings no fries. It takes more than 30 minutes to receive them at the counter and by that time I have to leave . I have left twice without eating and waiting for a good while .

I would not come back here, I called to place an order I got out on hold for 15mins then the phone hung up. I called again 10 mins goes by and they hung the phone up again. I called a third time and interrupted the lady before she put me on hold to tell me “it’s store policy to put calls on hold while we help people in the store” which i find crazy, but I don’t mind going on hold just don’t put me on hold then hang the phone up on me!! This is my second experience of this happening with this wing stop and I hate it.
