We’ve been waiting for a Wingstop in Surprise! Place is small, but looks great. This location just opened today and the staff was overwhelmed upon opening. Even so, they were efficient and friendly. Food was great, but Cherry Coke did not taste like it.

Was so excited to have a wingstop so close to home, only to have that shot down. Ordered 24 piece family pack last week, wings were dry, forgot ranch, fries were cold and hardly had any seasoning, and the fried corn was soo overseasoned and over done it was inedible. Calped and spoke to the manager who offered a remake of our meal.

Fries were all crumbs and burnt, wings didn’t have seasoning and when I asked if I could get a side of seasoning they wanted to charge me. Soda machine is bland or to sweet it’s never consistent.

I concur with the majority of the reviews regarding wait time. It was an hour wait for just wings. I understand it’s a Friday night and I don’t mind waiting but it seemed like there was no order to how they made things. Some people came in and immediately got their order, others were waiting for a long time. The food was good but just plan ahead if you need things by a certain time. They did forget the sauces, which also seems like a common theme.

WINGSTOP in Surprise, AZ is finally open as of 5/11. A bit busy but that’s expected with it being grand opening week. The lobby is so small, only 3 tables so it’s not a normal location. Food is still great!

So excited we have a Wingstop! Been twice already since it opened. Sure, long wait but that’s to be expected. Wasn’t a big deal to me. Food was good! My only suggestion is to use more seasoning on the lemon pepper, it was very light and I wasn’t able to taste the flavor too well. Otherwise, it was great! I’ll be back for sure.
