Food was decent, and the portions were very generous for all of the meals, including the kids menu items. Our meals came out quickly, but it wasn’t too busy when we went.

This place is wonderful! The hubby and I shared the 5 egg omelette. Delish and fast. Coffee was on the table right away and my chai latte was one of the best I’ve ever had. They even had almond milk.

It’s worth the walk from our hotel. Huge menu. Large portions. Fast and friendly service. Great with children. Everything was amazing. Prices reasonable. We would definitely return. Loved the fluffy cakes!

After learning about Yolk on the news, I was eager to give it a try, and I must say, it did not disappoint. During my first visit, I ordered the “the works” omelet, which was truly outstanding. It was so flavorful and delicious that I was blown away. In addition, I also tried their waffles, which were equally fantastic. My dining companion opted for the Oak horchata cold brew, and they raved about how incredible it tasted, describing it as an unparalleled experience. They also enjoyed their oatmeal, which was also quite tasty. The wait times on the weekend can vary however from 10-30 minutes. The prices at Yolk are a bit high, with my omelet costing $20 at the time of my visit, but I would say that every penny was worth it for the quality of the food and service.

Very creative menu. Drink is kind of small. Main dish is big serving. Cheese grits is creamy and tasty. Smoke salmon scramble needs more seasoning.

Meh. Lacking herbs. Salmon Benny had no onion or tomato, no herbs. The hollandaise sauce was bland. The salmon was great and the eggs was perfectly cooked. Just a little more effort could go a long way.

We found our favorite breakfast spot in chicago. First time here, and we loved the food. The service was amazing. The cappuccino was good. We ordered the Very Berry French Toast, and it was delicious fresh strawberries and blueberries . The Santa Fe Frittata is an amazing breakfast dish. The pancakes were soft and fluffy. I will be coming here for breakfast when we visit Chicago again.

One the best (if not the best, actually Wildberry Pancakes is the only competition) breakfast/brunch place in Chicago. Awesome food, great customer service and amazing ambience. Absolutly in love with vibe of this place. Its a “must-go” place for my Chicago trips

Bright and inviting. Delicious food! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh made corn beef hash with pancakes (of course!) and the zippy Chilaquiles Verde. Now I want to go back so I can try a bunch more stuff. Yummy!

The cinnamon roll French toast is by far the best. The rest is on par with a standard brunch spot. They are BYOB which was great for our little celebration. Our server kept the coffee filled and was very accommodating to our large group. They even split the bill for us which is not often seen in the city and something I appreciate!
