I hate this location , this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I didn’t receive ANY sauce for my wings . The other day the food wasn’t fresh smh you can tell it sat under the warmer . … how do you forget sauce for BOTH boxes . Ughhhhhh not to mention I haven’t even ate any fries yet look at the little bit in BOTH boxes

The lobby was closed due to being short staffed. Had to go through the drive thru, where my food was incorrect. Had to sit in the drive thru line a second time to get my order corrected. So I sat for a while! To then get all the was home and items are missing, fries old and cold. Called up there talked to the manager(Deja, Dina) who advised to bring my receipt back up there for a refund. Go all the way back there with the receipt the manager asks where’s the food. This was days ago. The staff today was very rude and unprofessional. The staff member walked off while I was in mid sentence. I will be reporting to the BBB. Anthony was the manager today and he really needs to be trained on customer service. Avoid this one!!

Very poor and unprofessional customer service. They refused to provide a refund for items that were missing from my order. I didn’t realize it until I got home. Modeja stated she was a manager and advised to bring my receipt back for a refund. I later find out that Modeja was not a manager but only stated she was because she was directed to do so by the actual manager. So they lie to customers. Brought my receipt up there as advised and the manager denied my refund. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and will NEVER return to this independently owned establishment. I don’t give business to companies that don’t value their customers.

My husband is a wrecker driver and I ride with him occasionally. We finally were in the area where there is actually a Zaxbys so we decide to get dinner. The sign says dine-in fri-sat until 11PM but at 9PM it was closed. Only drive thru was open but obviously cannot fit huge wrecker in drive thru so we were unable to get anything. The hours should be adjusted accordingly.

Depends on what time you go, but normally this place sucked with service whenever I went there. Last time I had to wait almost 30 mins just to get my small order. The guy ahead of me got his order first. I just ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. My advice is to stick with the staples mill Zaxby’s. Much better consistent service.

Food was delicious and prepared quickly. We don’t have Zaxbys in MD so whenever we go down south we are sure to stop by. It was early afternoon and the restaurant area was spotless. The staff was very nice. Can’t wait to by again next time we visit Richmond.

Terrible service ! After waiting 25 mins and being told to pull up first to wait some more then reverse back in line as I’m being flagged down out the window …. they’d re out of the food that I’d already paid for . Smh. We left hungrier than we got there with no food . Smh.

Horrible management. I’ve never had this experience at any other Zaxby’s. Told them there were insects on the counter appeared to be baby roaches, not sure. You would’ve thought I wasn’t supposed to point it out. Won’t be back!!
