Firehouse has always been and still is the best place in Clarksville, Fort Campbell, Oak Grove and Hoptown for subs. These subs are worth the drive to I24 exit 4 and dealing with the terrible Wilma traffic. I really enjoy sitting down and eating here. The freestyle COKE machine has every flavor imaginable and the efficient staff actually keep up with the ice, syrup and carbonated water requirements.

I don’t understand why this chain exists and in particular this store. The food was at best average, the store was dirty with an employee speaker blasting obnoxious music, and the service was plain awful. Cashier was sure to instruct me on how to tip. Upfront tip before service – how do we customers tolerate this blatant shake-down. Waited 35min for one medium Italian sub. Regretted the whole experience and have zero intention to return to this chain. Actually, left feeling aggrieved.

I really wanted to love this place, but I didn’t. The tables were dirty and floor had dry dirt all over it, most likely from customer shoes. The subs were bland and such a disappointment! Literally have made better tasting sandwiches at my house.

This place is expensive enough that they should make the right sandwich ordered. This is the second time I’ve ordered sub on a club and I got a chicken sub. Very disappointed, I used to work at a sub shop so I understand mess ups happen but this is the second time in a row. For a $20 sandwich, this shouldn’t be happening.

Arrived at the restaurant, noticed customers were all served. Ordered our food, and waited, waited, waited. They were so busy with take out orders that my order took 27 minutes. Avoid lousy service, go elsewhere. They should have mentioned the wait when I ordered, especially since I had small children.

There is my order on the counter never picked it up, and it was supposed to be at the Madison St store app changed my location to Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Both managers tried explaining to Curry that my family got extremely sick eating from the Wilma Rudolph Blvd store, and he did not care. My food sat for over an hour dealing with this mess, so knowing it was cold and soggy, also knowing that we were almost put in the hospital for bad meat and could not eat for 3 days I was not taking any chances of my family almost ending up in the hospital due to vomiting and running back and forth to the bathroom while in school. This was a 60.66 cent order, on December 8th and I have contacted Frirehouse Subs on the 9th and still am trying to get the owner of these 2 sister stores, including corporate, to contact me, and they are ignoring me to see if I will go away. Take your chances, but according to Curry, he does not care what the reason is if the sandwich is made, he is going to keep your money. He does not care about customers at all, just their money.

Food was hot and fresh. we waited twenty-seven minutes on our sandwiches to be complete because they were short-staffed and overworked. No hand sanitizer in the mens restroom our table was dirty and a spider on the wall crawling up underneath the TV. I do appreciate the hard work but they need help and or New Management. With our table being dirty it concerns me on how they are helping to protect us.** Update ** I returned to this location today with my family and everything was very clean and everyone was so nice. Food was great! Thank you for working so hard!!
