I was in Chicago for a funeral and the few days I was there, the majority of places I went, the service was rude, snobbish, or inattentive. That was until I got to the gyro grill. The food and service were phenomenal! My order taker which I found out later was the owner took ownership of my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I had a well rounded meal to eat on the way back despite me never being there before. Will DEFINITELY eat here again the next time I’m out that way. THANK YOU MAUREEN! You were a gem in a sea of glass!

I thought I was getting a little for and lot, but turns out, I got a lot more then I bargain for. That grill greek chicken bowl was pack with grilled chicken, lettuce tomatoes rice potato and even Greek cheese. I really like it. Family friendly a nice little place. Looks community friendly to.

Done with this place. Spent $30 on a meal and they would’nt give me a glass of water. I’m a grown man in there with my kids. Trash. Owner wouldn’t give me a glass of water. Poor, uneducated business skills by the women. She is losing business left and right. Can’t wait until they close the doors and head back to Tinley or they may be better off in Markham.

I have been here 2-3 times before. My most recent visit, I had a hair in my tzatziki sauce and my gyrolls were burnt. I called and was told that the owner was not there so I had to wait until she could give me a call back. A week passed and I never received a call. Today I called the restaurant again and was rudely greeted by the owner. I explained to her what had happened with my food and that I was told I would get a call back. She said her employees never told her anything. The owner then told me that she has never had this issue in a year and a half and proceeded to say “so what do you want me to do?” How about be professional and apologetic? There’s a first for everything; therefore, this may have been the first time that her cooks burnt a customers gyrolls and lost a hair in a customers food. Then before I could ask for my refund, she hung up on me! Customer service is awful and I would recommend this place if you want a hair with your burnt food.

Found the Diamond in the rough. Wow amazing food. Very few good places to eat in the area, this is one of them. Had the Hercules Platter OMG sooooo good and tender and tasty. Awesome Food, Awesome Staff, Beautiful dinning area. Are 6 stars allowed?

Placed a dinner, phone order for a Hercules Plater, and dessert. The staff was friendly and attentive right from walking in the door. I was faster picking it up than i expected, so our order was not quite ready when I arrived, but the young lady apologized anyway. And the food was awesome and piping hot ! It was placed in a large catering tray, so it was easy to handle.

Ridiculous that they charge for water to eat there, and a styrofoam bowl for my dog to drink out of. Over $6 for two people, including $1 for the styrofoam bowl, not including food. They wouldn’t give us just a cup of water for free like any other restaurant.
