So I just tried to place a order, my usual the # 5 Vito sub, all I asked for is to cut in fours like I always do, I guess that was a problem, had to get the manager on the phone just to cut my sandwich, so I didn’t order from there, I went to a diffrent jimmy johns, & had no problems spent over $20 & gave a nice tip.

Ordered lunch today, paid for it online, the delivery “pronoun” stated that I had to sign the receipt to receive my order, previous orders were all left at the front door, I couldn’t sign for it and he kept my sandwich and said I would not be refunded. Very weird experience. I did contact customer service. ( this interaction took place through my ring doorbell)

So no matter how good of a sandwich you make, which you didn’t, if you screw up delivering it…ruins the whole thing. Not only did you not read the instructions correctly for what I ordered by obviously getting it wrong, but then you deliver it to the hotel lobby, dump the bag and drink on the table and TAKE OFF without every calling me, notifying the front desk for me, or emailing me. Your delivery person literally left it on a table somewhere upfront and left. If I had not seen it just by chance… Why bother with your restaurant when this is kinda how you treat your customers.

Customer service is terrible. No one ever answers the mic for the menu so you have to drive to the window to order everything you want. I always wait at the window for close to 10 minutes for for someone to take my order, when no one else is even in shop. I drove away frustrated today without placing an order, looked inside and saw the employees sitting in the back corner at a table doing nothing but on their phones. Needs to be better training and accountability.

The food is great there – and usually the services also. When I gave the money to the cashier the nickel that I had for him fell through his fingers and down to the ground. Normally when something like this happens the cashier says don’t worry about it we’ll get it.

I hate to rate it low over such a trivial thing because the sandwich was great. However while driving down road with a cup of soda or tea and you are told the straw is in the bag and it is not … well driving with an open cup makes life daring and next to impossible without getting a spill or two. No straw as promised and sadly I have to knock you down.
