Only have eaten 2/3 times for take out, only tried the rice, beef, and egg meal that was recommended. Looks like a decent place. Interested to try other dishes if anyone has recommendations. The meal I had was good. But nothing that really stood out to me to make it 5 stars. My rating can change if I try more variety.

Paid around $27 and really did not get a lot of food at all. The miso soup and kimchi were ok but they barely gave any kimchi. The noodles were decent but the veggies were just barely cooked at all, bell peppers and onions couldve passed as raw. The white rice was ok but you could make the same in a rice cooker at home. The beef bulgogi was kind of bland and had no sauce. It barely had any flavor and I had to add salt and pepper myself which didnt help much at all. Portion sizes were very small for the price. Disappointed in my experience, food was a 6/10 but for the price its a 4/10. Thought it would be good from the reviews but this was shocking. Seemed like no effort or care was put into making sure my food tasted good.

As a Korean, I can proudly tell that this place’s food is not only just being authentic, but also scrumptious. If you are a beginner, try bulgogi. neither pork nor beef will disappoint you. And then step up to the 회덮밥 [huedeupbob], sashimi bowl. It is similar to a poke bowl, but in Korean cuisine, we use 초고추장[chogochujang] as its sauce. We don’t skip the sauce- it is essential to the dish. The final boss stage would be kimchi stew. It is a savory, deep, rich Korean soul. I almost cried when I tasted its Korean savoriness in Tallahassee – so far away from home.

The lady and new chef working 8/19 were incredibly rude. Ordered a beef bibimbap but got home to find it had no beef, when calling on the phone to ask if I could come back for it, the lady working the front laughed when asking if we ordered it with it or not. When arriving back to get the beef, the lady barely spoke to me and just took the box from me and spoke very quietly and extensively with the new chef before he took the box from her. She pointed towards me when he was done with the beef and he walked the box all the way around to me rather than just passing it back to her and he didn’t say a word and just shrugged at me when I thanked him for fixing it. The beef is ice cold like it wasn’t just made, it’s literally colder than the actual food. The service and food is usually amazing and I’ve been multiple times with no problems but the brown haired lady working the front and the new chef in the back were both extremely rude and acted as if it was my fault that I was missing the beef.

Cool spot! Food is decently priced for the amount that you receive. I ordered the beef and pork bulgogi and a few of the Calpico drinks ~$32.00 or so – a good deal for the quality as well.

Korean food is one of my favorites, and this place does it justice! We ordered Japchae with Beef and Beef Bulgogi for takeout, and both came with rice, kimchi, and miso soup. I called to order ahead and by the time we got there the food was done right on time. The miso soup was very nice, the japchae is delicious and the kimchi’s some of the best I’ve ever had! I wish that the bulgogi meat was a bit juicier, but for the price it’s a great value. One thing that was an issue was that we found hair in both kimchi containers. The kimchi was so good that I didn’t care, but if the person handling the kimchi could wear a hairnet this experience would’ve been perfect. Would definitely stop by again!

Food was very good, and plenty for the price. Service was okay but seemed more oriented to take out than the in house seating area. Pleasant enough but pointed you to the plastic utensils…..and anything else, which you got yourself. Seating area was very plain and almost felt like an extension of the storage that was going on the floor adjacent to the booths. Food was well worth the visit, will be going back.

We had a wonderful dinner, the hot miso soup was delicious on a cold December evening. My sashimi bowl was vibrant and fresh. Overall I highly recommend eating here.

Great service, comfortable atmosphere and interior, and amazing food. It is a wonderful restaurant to go for a casual outing with friends and family. I highly recommend getting the bulgogi and spicy pork. The stews are great for sharing but the kimchi is too similar to sauerkraut haha.
