It always takes at least an hour to get your pizza. Never have hot and ready. And they always have to correct my order.if you dont stand in the building they give your pizza to whoever is standing there even if its a specialty pizza.Tuesdays and Fridays are the worst!

I normally do not write reviews, but I have been to this Little Caesar Pizza on Salem Road too many times and experienced bad service. I have come to the conclusion that it is not the workers fault, but the management! 1. Most of the time they will make you wait. 2. The making of the pizzas are not consistent. 3. If you call in to place an order they will not fix it in time before you arrive, OR they will give your order to someone else who comes in and orders what you did. 4. When you pay for an order, they will quote you 15 min, but you will end up waiting closer to 25 to 35 min. If you walk outside, or go to your car, they will give your order to someone else and have you wait again. 5. The manager (heavy set black lady) seems to be friendly, kind and happy on some days, BUT on other days she can be short with people, and unprofessional. 6. The workers work extremely slow. They many times have side conversations going which causes them to stay behind. 7. Workers who are not scheduled to work, will sometimes show up and carry on conversations with those working. They have even carried the conversation from the front area where customers are standing to the back where their making pizzas. Don’t get me wrong, the workers are not rude to the customers, many of them are just lacking in speed, punctuality, and customer service skills. THIS FALLS ON MANANGEMNET! The manager listed above, as well as a couple others I have seen running shifts, all operate the same. I managed a pizza place for a few years, and have experience in management from other places. All of this can be corrected with proper training! However, I truly believe the management team needs to be retrained or replaced. Again, this is not the workers fault. They are operating at the level they have been taught was acceptable… I have no idea how they have at least 3 stars. Then again, I have been going there for about 10 months since I moved to Salem rd., and am just now writing a review. If I go to this Little Caesars 10 times, 6 to 7 out of the10 would be what I described. It is more “miss” than “hit”. I many times decided to drive the extra 15 min out to the Little Caesars on 278 in Covington, to avoid being disappointed. The one on 278 is very professional, quick, and the pizzas are consistent. I’m from Detroit been eating little Caesars since I was old enough to skip church,get pizza and crazy bread, and be smart enough to get the weekly church paper from grams. I didn’t say it was right but I was a kid and had a tough life little Caesars on Sunday was one of the rewards I could get away with. It’s still a great place to eat even 40 years later.great counter help,fast food , and a great price you can not go wrong here.

I came here a few weeks back and the soda that I got was expired. I go in today just to grab something quick and the young man ringing me up was very nice. However, when I brought up the situation with the out dated soda his coworker was being very rude. Overly rude. She proceeds to ask the manager on the phone was it okay if they replaced the drink and his mop head axx decides to be funny and ask if I still had the drink. I’m very big on customer service and when something is wrong with my items and you try to be smart and rude about the situation it’s not pleasing at all. Learn how to reconcile with your customer. I’m so glad that I have self control bc I see that these lil young females don’t mind trying you..

We will not go here EVER AGAIN. Haven’t been to this particular one in a minute now I know why. This place needs a make over ASAP. It’s just dirty the walls the display the front of the counter the one game by the door just DIRTY .The young lady took my order then she came from behind the counter teeshirt tights and slides I am sorry are you @ work she went out the door the gentleman was making the pizza about 5 minutes passed the young lady came back inside went to the back started picking up the clear bags on the counter put them in the trash and proceeded to prepare the pizzas did I skip hand washing well so did she the young man took a pizza in the box out of the display out and put our fleshly made breadsticks in a bag and brought the items to me I am sorry can we have a fresh pizza he boxed up the pizza he cooked with the breadsticks offered my granddaughter cookies we said thanks we stood inside at least 15 minutes so that pizza was sitting in the display how long who knows and I saw the young man wash his hands before he prepared the pizza and breadsticks

This most recent experience was worst than the last one. My children wanted pizza, so we made what we thought was a quick stop. I walked and waited quite awhile for some to come to the front. Once I finally placed the order and the young lady tells me afterward that the register is not working. There wasn’t a manager on the premises to help the cashier. She tried to fix the problem and made a few calls to no avail. We waited approximately 25-30 minutes for a manager to come back to the store. When she arrived her demeanor said that she was not concerned about the issue. She assisted the young cashier and walked to the back, but the problem was never resolved. Needless to say, I wasted time there because I ultimately canceled my order and left. The other customers who came in after me walked out as well. My family will no longer patronize this establishment. I will drive to the Little Caesars in town on HWY 278, which is further away, the next time my kids want Little Caesars.We have never had a bad experience there. It’s worth it…high quality customer service is worth it when I’m spending my hard earned money.
