The staff was very friendly and quick to make the subs. Jersey Mike’s prices though are ridiculous in my opinion. Especially since you can get the same size sub with more meat at Harris Teeter only 50y away.

I went here July 14 and had a horrible experience. I waited for a long time for my curbside pickup. My 4 year old grabs change in the car and ask if he could give it to the people making sandwiches. We go in, see the order not ready and go to put the change in. The guy who I believe was MOD, comes up to us as if we were about to steal from the jar, I explain what my son was doing and he turns around and goes back to working. I wait another extended time, come back and sit and wait, he comes to me and rudely ask what I am waiting for, I reply an online order, he replies “ok…. does this order have a name.” I reply with my first name, he sarcastically asks what the last name. I reply, he points to my order and says “over there”. Only for it to be wrong. I explain to him why I will not be returning due to his predjudice, poor customer service and rude attitude. He replies, “Sorry you feel that way”. I ask the other patrons their opinions, which all reply, “yeah he’s being pretty rude”. It was so bad the gentleman next to order refused to be serviced until they fixed my order. The other young man comes to apologize, and then gets blasted by the rude guy. Completely a jerk move. We come to this location frequently, since moving here mid last year to order for my family of 6. If my money is no good here, that’s fine, we’ll gladly go to Publix where the food is better, and service is superior. The guy never even apologized; his teenage subordinate had to apologize for him. I really hate this because there’s this one gentleman that has SUPERIOR customer service, but if I have to deal with the nerdy, dirty looking guy with the glasses, forget it! I’d rather eat grass. The quality of the subs gets worse each time and now I have to deal with rudeness. I think not!

To be fair, I had one of the best sandwiches from this place just a week ago. I decided to do it again. We ordered two sandwiches and neither of them were toasted and for some reason both were soaking wet. The same sandwiches from this place last week were amazing. It’s going to be hit or Miss here. I do not recommend this place.

Usually Jersey Mikes is like McDonald’s and Chic Fil a. You know what you’re to get in terms of quality each and every time. I ate there and for some reason the bread was off. I read another review and I agree that the older gentleman with glasses and brown hair seemed unhappy. I know it’s a minor thing but he didn’t even ask what type of bread I wanted. I don’t know if it was towards the end of shift or what. I would have been better going next door to Harris Teeter and getting one of their subs.

Staff looked confused, didn’t know how to make sandwiches. Kept trying to add ingredients not asked for. Lettuce was red and pink and yellow. Don’t come at 1pm.

I had the #9 on white. It always tastes fresh. The people begging the counter always tries to make conversation (I can tell they are trained to do so) but otherwise never had a dissatisfaction of any of the food or service in any branch.

I ordered a sandwich. Well actually 4 sandwiches in the order. Mine was ridiculous. Giant with no cheese only tomato. There was hardly any meat. Very sad. I reached out to corporate and they contacted the store owner. Have not heard back. Not happy.
