We took our kids to dinner last night and had the best experience! The food is delicious! The service was wonderful and our kids modifications were perfectly executed (no spice)! The restaurant has a cool vibe and we loved everything we ordered from apps and entrees to dessert. We will be back!

Went to the restaurant about a week ago. I’ve been looking for a solid ramen/Japanese restaurant for a long time. The only one that could scratch the itch has been Mitaka in Bradenton. But when I stepped through the door of Namo, I knew it was going to be a strong contender. When you sit down and look at the menu, you’ll notice that they have a small but well throughout selection. To me that means that they put emphasize on quality, rather than throwing everything at the customer and hope that something hits. It also helps that the chef of the restaurant spent close to over a decade training in Japan. During my visit, I wanted to do a simple tonkotsu ramen and boy it was anything but simple. It. Delivered! The ingredients were brought together with a well thought out plan, and the addition of tempura nori, was definitely the kind of thoughtful small touch that I haven’t experienced since eating ramen in Japan.

Food was amazing. Dumplings were great, the ramen was the best I’ve had, AND the fried wings were unbelievable. I know this place is new, but don’t miss out. Service was very good. Jessica and Kay were very sweet. Ambiance was awesome too.

my god, what a wonderful restaurant. my husband and i have been hoping to find an izakaya in our area and this place had our expectations blown away. the food here is to die for, i cant recommend the cheese corn enough. the workers here are also incredibly sweet and helpful! the atmosphere is calm and soothing and i’m looking forward to my next visit here.

Went there on a Sunday at 11:00 and were the only people there. The food was so good, it felt like we had our own, personal Japanese chef. Went back the very next Sunday at the same time and we were not disappointed.

Best ramen I’ve ever had by a long shot! We ordered takeout, and that experience alone was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The inside is really nice. But of course the best part was the food. Curry ramen and the wings were my favorite. Also really liked the pork dumplings. I will be coming back to this place to try more!
