You guys charged me almost $12 for a $9 sandwich. The inept worker at the register could not figure out how to charge me for a BLT due to a computer update…so he told me he had to bill me for a veggie add bacon or I couldn’t get the food. If you guys are going to let children work the cash register at least teach them how to use the cash register and not make it standard practice to overcharge your customers. The kid working laughed at the notion of inputting the price manually…. This really the best you guys can do?

The door dasher accidentally forgot to bring my sides and when I called the store explaining the situation with missing items, and that I was sick, the subway employee actually brought me the missing items. Even though this was a DoorDash issue ( the dasher wouldn’t respond and their reporting missing items feature on the app doesn’t work) this store made it their mission to extend excellent service!

The staff were friendly, conscious, and cared about making the sandwich right. The produce looked fresh, at 8:30PM, too. Not much more to ask for out of a Subway. (I will note though, they appear to close at 9PM, as opposed to 9:30 like Google Maps says.)

Pretty annoyed, tried to order sandwiches via the app and had our pick up time for 902pm and said the store was open until 930pm. Turns to find out the store is already closed and I was charged and never got any sandwiches. A pretty annoying experience….

You need signs that state that your company only takes cash. And at least tell you before they make your sub’s. Was very disappointed not everyone carries cash. Put some SIGNS up to let the customer that you only take cash. I was a very good customer, now I’m not ever going back to any of your stores.

Very sloppy staff when I visited. One was so focused on clocking out that he abandoned my sandwich halfway through the line, and the other stopped working on my sandwich to help a young female customer at the register who had just walked in. I get it, they’re young and who wants to work at Subway, right? But at least have some courtesy to communicate with me if you’re stepping away from making my sandwich and leaving me waiting. It wasn’t even a good sandwich after all of that. It was sloppy, they didn’t follow my occasional instructions/requests. I’ll avoid this location in the future unless I have no other choice.

Went in for lunch. Ordered 2, 6 inch sandwinches. My boyfriends food came out just fine. However as soon as mine came out of the oven for toasting the girl didn’t listen. I asked for cumbers and she put lettuce. However when I opened the sandwich there was mold on it. Then when I tried to talk to them about it, I was told I was wrong and its just seeds. So wile my boyfriend ate I got to sit there and eat nothing because I was not going to argue anymore or deal with them since I’m WRONG.

This Subway is one of the best I’ve been to in the Albuquerque Metro area. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite. There was a little girl with her grandfather in front of me and the grandfather was hard of hearing. So the little girl did the ordering. They took their time to ensure everything was perfect for them. Then apologized for the delay in helping me. Which was totally fine, because the same care they gave the grandfather and little girl, I recieved. Great team here. Everything was great.
