The service as good and the dishes are huge. If you order the chicken there is so much food you can eat for a day. I recommend the meatballs and the pizza is cooked very well too. Nice atmosphere in here.

I’m an Italian Chef who has studied several times in Italy under masters, because of this I rarely go out for Italian Food because I am often disappointed. Victory knocked it out of the park. From a world class wine list featuring amazing wines from all over Italy and the rest of the world! The food was delicious, everything was both authentic and executed extremely well. The Grigliato Misto was exquisite, as was Nonna’s Gravy with Rigatoni and fresh ricotta. We had 5 items, all of which were outstanding. Our bartender Melissa was a consummate professional with vast knowledge of both the menu and wine list. I will be back soon, this may just become my go-to spot for Italian food in a city touting the best Italian cuisine in the world, outside of Italy. Molto bene, grazie mille!

I have mix feelings about this place after my initial visit, overall I think this is a good neighborhood restaurant, but I happened to pick this place for Valentine’s Day dinner which was a mistake. This is a jeans, sweatpants and bring your screaming baby type of joint, and you can see it in my photos. The upstairs is very bright and has the classic Italian feel. The downstairs is like a dungeon, super dark with cafeteria chairs. We got seated downstairs. So my word of advise, don’t come here for any romantic occasions. Family dinner, sure but make sure you seat upstairs so you can actually see what you are eating. Also the downstairs is a dead zone, they do have a guest wifi but it is very spotty.

We were impressed with the food – especially for the price. Portions were large but the quality didn’t suffer. The mussels starter would feed two no problem – those things were huge! Service was so-so but nothing too bad. Recommended if you’re in Oakpark!

Offers outdoor seating to safely social distance. We got the Fried Calamari for an appetizer. They were decently sized and delicious. Waitress recommended a great white wine that paired well with the food. My party loved their entrees. My only complaint is that the lasagna was a little bit salty.

Food was great, ordered the stuffed shells and the bolognese. Very busy, staff forgot to grab a small food topper for us but was very friendly and the wait for food was reasonable. Somewhat loud and dimly lit- romantic style but also hard to read menus if you’re a bit challenged in the eyesight area. Happy to find several menu options that are vegetarian.

Meals quickly came out of the kitchen. We enjoyed the complementary appetizer bread. I had the vodka rigatoni which was very good. My wife had the mile high lasagna.

Six of us came here for dinner last night. We were unfortunately seated downstairs with awful lighting and a dungeon feel. The service was spotty as we had to ask for silverware and water, etc. and they were apologetic a few times. Our server was basically unsupported by wait staff. The food, although pretty reasonably priced for the city, was just ok. I had pasta with vodka sauce and there was way too much sauce on the plate. The clam appetizer was not good. I will give the salads that we split high marks – the wedge was particularly good. Note: Although it’s not really mentioned in the menu, you can order your own pasta and sauce combos and add shrimp, chicken, meatballs so make sure to ask if you want something particular.

We had a large group for a business dinner. Bobby warned us about the large portions and recommended “family style” so we wouldn’t throw food out. So glad he did. We were able to sample the sea bass, two different steaks, meatballs, calamari, pork chops, gnocchi, and brick chicken. All we were spectacular! They have a great wine list, inviting decor, and gold-medal service. Give them a try – you’ll be glad you did.

Danny was our server and he was great. We loved our food, couldn’t finish anything as we were not super hungry but we had amazing leftovers for the next day. We’ve been here a few times already and will be back to try that steak!
