Whataburger Menu – Paige, TX

Type : Restaurant

Location : Paige, TX

Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Circa-1950 fast-food chain for counter-serve burgers, some stacked with multiple patties. Based on 407 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 3.9 stars. Price $

I have lived in Texas my whole life and had Whataburger thousands of times. Tonight was by far the best experience I’ve had. The food came out quick. The guy with the gold watch (Daniel I believe) was incredibly nice and the food far exceeded any other time I’ve ordered. Hot and fresh and crispy. I had to call the corporate line to leave a compliment then was able to get ahold of the store and tell them the same thing. I was blown away and very thankful for the great service.

Had a strawberry shake, grilled cheese, and we also has a sweet and spicy bacon burger. The food was great possibly the freshest I’ve experienced at whataburger. The tables and floors are clean. The cashier was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

I placed a large pick up order of breakfast sandwiches for very picky family members that were in town. It was on a Sunday morning which I know can be very busy for a location like this. The crew and manager did a fantastic job making sure all family members left the table happy and with full bellies. We definitely appreciated their hard work and friendly attitudes.

This is the only fast food place I’ve ever been to that wanted to charge me extra for a package of ranch. That would be understandable had I not purchased two meals. I asked for one sauce and she told me that would be 75 since I told her I’d never spend another dollar at this whataburger. And then after driving 150ft to park and eat the fries are cold and my burger is not how I ordered it. Strongly suggest pushing on to the next town to eat.

It started off strange because one gentleman came on the speaker and kindly greeted us and then another kindly asked us to wait. Although wait time was only a couple of minutes, when we ordered we order two burgers, one with extra cheese (missing), another with large fries (gave me medium) with toasted buns (perfect). When I finally got my burger out of the bag it seems to have just been tossed into its bag as the burger was open and spilling onions and mustard everywhere. Attached photo is exactly how I pulled the burger out of the bag and how it was sitting inside the bag. I don’t expect perfection but a little better would be appreciated. The only reason I didn’t walk in there to speak to someone was because they didn’t even listen to us to begin with and didn’t charge us what we asked for. Yes, they did ask if we wanted a receipt when we paid but we declined, our fault. To top it off the carbonated drink we received was unfortunately flat.

Slow, no communication. I ordered in the app and showed up at the correct time. The boy standing at the counter walked off when I came up and no one was up there for a few minutes. No one said anything. Then he came back and asked what I wanted to order. I told him I have a mobile order and without saying anything he walked off again. A different boy came up and gave me two cups for the drinks and I had to remind him I got a shake, which he gave me without a lid or anything. They all barely said a word, communicated nothing, gave me my online order 10 minutes after I showed up and generally looked miserable. Oh, and forgot my cheese. I had to wait around with no one in line to get help with that. After I was given cheese, they walked off, whispered and laughed. Everyone here should be fired and they ought to hire a whole new store.

When this location opened, they had great service and the food was made proper. That unfortunately gone downhill. The manager there is a real jerk. I don’t say that lightly, because we have given many opportunities to have out service and he still rolls his eyes at us and refuses service. I have never been rude, I always say please and thank you, and am gracious even though the last 5 orders have been wrong. It’s to the point I’d rather drive to Bastrop to the whataburger there.

Truck stop..hamburger. Very good. Music while you eat upbeat. Easy in and out. Restrooms are on the other end of the bldg. Know that…easy on and off 290 and 21. Great stop.

Driving back with SO from Austin early in the morning and wanted to get something to eat. This is a newer place built alongside a gas station so there’s doors between the two giving quick access to and from. We really digged the tables and the booths but the walls seem kind of naked. Otherwise, classic Whataburger, good service and good food. Thanks!

I have been here twice – both times through the drive thru – and I can honestly the food they are producing is some of the best Whata food I have had. They have a relatively friendly staff, but my one complaint is the wait times. Both times I have been, I have waited over ten minutes at the window alone, not to include at the menu and other vehicles in front of me. So if you willing to wait (I can say I always am) the food is great.
