The food was okay. Paid with a gift that hadn’t been used. The card was for $50.00. The card upon looking at it later said it needed a four digit pin number. The cashier never asked us for one. We spent $17.10. Today we tried to use it for a second time and to our surprise there was only $12.38 left on it. Someone got off with $20.52. Plus we left a tip on the table! Won’t be stopping there again!

When I got to the window I was asked for my name and was left at the window for 25 min. When I got home the food was Lukewarm and when I called about it I was met with maybe it took you too long to make it home when I live in Albion I have even worked there before there is no customer service even when I spoke to managers they all blamed “the people in grand island” I really don’t care about the wait I care about the cold food. Short handed is understandable but putting out bad food isn’t.

Very poor service. Everytime we come here the service gets worse. Had to ask for my side salad after other food was out. Can only get 1 drink because the servers only come to the table to take the order then deliver it. Training needs to be updated or something. Ticket was around $65. Left a $10 cash tip so wrote a line through the tip line on the receipt. Bank statement showed transaction was over $90. Manager stated since the receipt had a signature, there was nothing they could do.

Great service! Clean and nice looking atmosphere. Food is what you expect at Pizza Hut. They did have little order pages on the tables where you could order a specially made salad with different toppings, if that interests you.

We got awful service and then the manager got mad at us for getting our own drink refills because our waitress ignored us. He basically kicked us out ! We’ll never go back into the Albion Pizza hut as long as the new guy manager is there. They need to fire him he’s gonna drive away customers with that attitude.
