My family and I stopped in for Dinner late Saturday evening and were most displeased with the food and service. After being seated it took more than 20 minutes just to get drinks and an hour for food. They were not busy in the slightest yet the waiter had to be tracked down by another employee so we could start our order. The portions were very small, especially the BLT, it looked as though they cut a single slice of bread into 4 pieces and maybe 2 slices of bacon and charged $10 for it. We have been to other locations and have never had an experience like we did at the Spring Hill location. Definitely won’t be back.

I stopped in about two weeks ago and had Sharon as my server. She was awesome. Very fast at bringing everything, stayed on top of keeping a nice fresh hot cup of coffee available and great personality. The food was very good too. I tried the cheesecake pancakes for the first time and they were yummy. Sharon had asked if I wanted my bacon crispy and I said yes and it was perfect. Definitely ask for her as your server. You won’t be disappointed!

Placed an order for curbside pick up after working all day in this nasty FL heat. Just wanted to sit with my family and enjoy a hot supper at home and didn’t feel like cooking. Well, we drove to the store on 19 and waited curbside for our food. It came out and without thinking I just handed it to my lids and we went home. BIG MISTAKE. One entire meal was missing and a baked potato for my youngest daughter. Now I’m hot. Not only did I order online, I drove to them and got my food and paid them the high price they charge. The mashed potatoes were a tablespoon worth smeared on the bottom of the plate. Now I have to drive BACK to the store to get the rest of my food and stand there like a dummy waiting for food AGAIN. Meanwhile our original food is now at home cold. I’m not even eating it. This has caused such a stressful situation for my family and I and I’ve paid just shy of 80 dollars to throw the food away. We come here very.often. this experience has forever crossed cracker barrel off our places to eat. I thought McDonald’s was bad. This is supposed to be a much better restaurant. Clearly I would have been better heading over to taco bell. And to the dude handing me my food with his sarcastic have a great rest of your night sir, first off, shut up cause right now isn’t the time to be sarcastic to a cranky hungry father who has wasted 80 dollars at your bottom rated restaurant.

It is always a pleasure to visit the Cracker Barrel restaurant up here in Spring Hill Florida we decided to come back for Sunday brunch with the family. The Wait was long but worth it. The food was as always Fresh Delicious and served with a friendly smile.

This restaurant offers weekday lunch specials. Reasonably priced and portions are satisfying. Food came out super hot. Service was quick and accommodating. Mid-day seating was plentiful. No waiting. Restroom was clean. Country store was fully stocked with lots of candy choices. Gift items and clothes were neatly displayed and plentiful.

Me and my girlfriend both ordered the meatloaf meal and it was excellent. Second time there and we asked to be served by Chris, who we had on the prior visit and he was phenomenal. Food was great, atmosphere pleasant and can’t say enough about Chris the server. Very attentive, excellent recommendations on food and just overall makes sure you get what you need.

Everything was great. We ordered the grilled chicken with green beans, hashbrown casserole, and the French fries. The chicken was tender and very flavorful. The kids order the chicken tenders and mac ‘n’ cheese which they really enjoyed. The waitress kept our drinks filled and was able to complete all of our requests quickly. Overall we will defiantly be coming back.
