Wish I could give zero stars. 38 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon with plenty of staff behind the counter. Staff was not concerned about giving status of orders nor about picking up the pace to complete orders. Attempted to ask about my order but was immediately shut down with “well call you when it’s ready ” over and over so that I wasn’t even given a chance to speak or explain why I was at the counter. The staff that was scheduled to work on 8/20/23 in the afternoon is rude, unprofessional and clearly lacking proper leadership and training. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIREHOUSE SUBS LOCATION.

This was a true masterpiece of an establishment the way the workers here took care of me and made me feel at home. Not to mention the food was out of this world everything from the clean bathrooms to the way the store is cleaned. This one nice young lady named Latrell took my order and it was one of the best encounters I have ever had she was like my long lost sister and there is just a magic in the air when you come in after the first bite I just knew sandwich’s couldn’t get better please if you see the sign firehouse subs you know a good time is coming your way.

The regular employees were nice. But I asked for lettuce and tomato on only half of my sandwich and one of the ladies said no one has time for all that…. when I left with my sandwich I felt like the bag was really light. I get to where I was going and there was no meat in it. She was so worried about me only wanting lettuce and tomato on half she didn’t finish my sandwich. When I called to tell them they told me she was the DM. Very unwelcoming and horrible customer service on her part.

First time going there was yesterday! The staff super friendly, I was recommended the chicken bacon ranch and the sub came out soooo goood. I had to go back today and get another one and let me just say this is now my new sub place lol great subs, good portions, great prices! The staff here has the motivation level of someone in a coma, and the service is just as bad! Do yourself a big favor, and find somewhere else to get a meal; this place is absolutely pitiful!!!

Ordered Doordaash through my coworker today. Received my sandwhich (Philly steak) it was cold and soggy, the cheese wasn’t melted soi doubt it was ever hot. It tasted like tuna salad. And I only took 3 bites of my large sub. I will never eat here again. GROSS

Was on my way after work to run some errands and was hungry so I pulled into the shopping center hoping they were open. I’ve stopped by a few times and due to the lack of help they have been closed. I was extremely happy they were open. From the moment I opened the door and walked in they were greeting me and making me feel welcomed. I ordered a medium club on a sub on wheat bread. I ate lunch there the restaurant was clean. While I was eating I’m assuming he was the manager stopped by to make sure everything was good. They have really great selection of sandwiches. It’s said to see them having to be closed at certain times due to lack of help. Hopefully they are able to return to normal business hours but make sure you stop by when they are open and enjoy one of their amazing sandwiches.
