I am extremely disappointed in this location again. I have had multiple issues in the past, provided feedback and given them time to improve and yet they still disregard their customers, lack customer service, are extremely slow and careless with their service and products. I waited nearly 40 minutes beyond the estimated pick-up time for 2 drinks. I tried speaking with the staff multiple times to ensure they hadn’t missed my order since they were calling orders with times 10-15 minutes after mine but they didn’t seem interested in trying to help me and just said “yeah it’s coming”. I also tried to let them know they were still accepting mobile orders and was brushed off and told “yeah we know”. When I finally got my order at 10:22 (9:44 estimated time) one of the drinks was made incorrectly and the other was missing and I had to ask for it to be made. I also watched as other customers were brushed off and told “yeah we’re 40 minutes behind” then when one tried to tell them she couldn’t wait any longer because her child was going to be late to their game they told her “oh well it’s in the next few orders and we’re not 40 minutes behind only 20” so after waiting another 5 minutes she left without saying anything. Not a single staff member ever apologized, greeted or say anything to a customer unless they had to and then seemed bothered by it but they were freely chatting between themselves about things unrelated to work or the situation at hand.

I came to store 9435 thinking I would receive a tasty refreshing drink however I had got something completely different. I ordered a caramel frappe without coffee waiting for 20 mins I had received a milk and caramel syrup drink which I have never gotten before. I was honestly disappointed with the service and I don’t have an intention to come back to this Starbucks again. Thank you

This has to be the worst location I have been too. Waited so long that I was on the verge of canceling my order. The staff were utterly unorganized, no one was working on a specific station and all the drinks were out of order. Honestly the most disorganized and I’ll planned location I have ever been in. They only have indoor service no drive through. If they had a drive through I am positive all experiences would be worse.

When I went to use the bathroom… it was atrocious. It ruined my appetite for the delicious cup of coffee I was about to enjoy. After I left the nasty bathroom, I went to the counter to get a drink anyway because nothing could be worse than that. The person who helped me was named top? and she helped me understand the menu and helped me find a good drink. Nobody else acknowledged me that day. Will not be returning. Good coffee, the bathroom seems to be proof of that. SMH.

Star bucks needs to insentivise workers more to actually show up apparently. I’m tired of seeing signs on the door saying “We had to close early today, sorry for the inconveniance.” When customers pay $7 for a drink they can afford to pay people who will actually show up. Get your act together!
