So this branch has hours posted on the door, branch opens at 5am and closes 6pm according to the published hours (also published on website). However whenever I attempt to visit this branch to purchase a drink-sometimes as early as 5:20pm, the doors are locked and the young male clerk on duty refuses to serve me claiming he has shut shop as in they are ‘closed for the day’. If the branch shuts as early as 5:20pm, why aren’t hours of operation both on door and online published to reflect this? Only once before I showed up at 5:30pm, a lovely young lady served me and indicated the branch shut officially at 6pm. Not sure if the owners of this branch are aware at what is happening but hopefully this review will assist it being brought to their attention!! Will no longer be visiting this branch due to poor service.

This was the most interesting visit ever drive through 15 minutes. Nothing’s moving so I decided to finally get out of the drive through to park in the parking lot to walk in to see everybody standing in a circle. There’s nobody in the store or so it’s not busy but nobody wants to move nobody. Even greeted me what a piece of c*** store don’t bother going.

Stopped by this store today and found it odd that they do not have a doughnut menu. I asked for a box of munchkins and the young man behind the counter told me that they only had a few left. I asked if this was permanent or if they planned to bake some more. He said they would not be making any more??? I asked if there were other Dunkin’ stores that actually make doughnuts and he said he had no idea. Imagine that….a doughnut store that doesn’t make doughnuts.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I’ve never had a problem at a Dunkin’ before. But this location….I live 2 minutes away but I would rather drive an extra 5 minutes to a different location because I know I will get exactly what I ask for.
