My husband and I visited last weekend. The manager on duty was more than helpful! My husband wanted to try the ghost pepper wings and he let him taste one before we bought them. He got the wings and I got the tenders with Mac and cheese. Everything was great. The store was very clean and the Manger went above and beyond to help us!

Spent $16 for chicken and bacon combo and classic chicken sandwich. The chicken and bacon combo did not have chicken and bacon and both sandwiches were cold. We had to wait additional time for the bacon and cheese. This horrible service is unacceptable. After leaving read the reviews and they were horrible for this location which confirmed our experience. Management has to make a radical change in service, it’s a shame we spent almost $20 for cold, incorrectly prepared food and were forced to wait. It’s ridiculous!! Unless this service is corrected, we will not return!

This location anchors a old ugly strip mall. I don’t like going into this place as I always leave smelling, and smelling like a deep fryer. Perhaps if they broke through the empty store next door, they could space out the restaurant and make it a more pleasant experience. The food is unremarkable, however the employees have always been nice.

This place is the worst! Nothing’s ever cooked right. Food is always cold. And is service is just horrible. Tonight I called the order in they had 15 minutes before I even got there. When I did get there, my food wasn’t even started, and The girl said ” if you feel like waiting, we’ll make it for you “. So, I waited, and 30 minutes after I place the order I got my bag of cold chicken. I wouldn’t have written this review if this was a one-time thing, but it’s not. There’s a KFC right around the corner.

This place is seriously horrible, I ordered 2 combo meal (6 piece) and I asked for sauce and I was given 1 sauce, how am I suppose to eat 6 pieces of chicken with 1 sauce? And when ask for more sauce, “you got to pay extra”. And no straws for any of the drinks. Go to other Popeyes, they will treat you better.
